Tom Hanks and Tim Allen to Board 'Jungle Cruise'

After taking on Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear in "Toy Story 3," Tim Allen and Tom Hanks are about to come face-to-face with cobras, crocs and some angry, angry hippos. The Disney dream duo are set to reunite for "Jungle Cruise," a live-action film based on the Magic Kingdom theme park ride.
According to Deadline, Disney has been trying to get "Jungle Cruise" afloat for several years, but it wasn't until the studio decided to bring Hanks and Allen on board that the project began to sail forward. No shocker there: "Toy Story 3" earned $1 billion worldwide, won a Best Animated Feature Oscar, and scored a Best Picture nomination. Get More »
