This week: Ben Affleck directs and stars in the current Oscar frontrunner for Best Picture, "Argo," which tells the incredible true story of how the CIA helped get six Americans out of Tehran during the Iran hostage crisis by having them pose as Canadian filmmakers.

Also new this week is the creepy horror film "Sinister" starring Ethan Hawke, a new version of "Anna Karenina" starring Keira Knightley and the Blu-ray 3D debut of "Top Gun."

What Movie Are French People Urinating Over?

You may want to bring a sanitary seat cover the next time you see a movie in France.

Rebellious audiences have acted out during showings of the new horror flick "Paranormal Activity 4," according to a statement French distributor Wild Bunch posted on its Facebook page, which Twitch then translated.

Angry theatergoers lashed out while watching the movie, with behavior including "confectionery counters looted, cashiers insulted, urinating on the seats, etc." Get More »

'Taken 2' Takes Second Box Office Crown

"Taken 2" held off a crowded field of new movies to retain its box office crown, as according to Film.com the Liam Neeson revenge fantasy earned a solid $22.5 million.

That was just enough to take out Ben Affleck's critically acclaimed thriller "Argo" ($20.1 million) and Ethan Hawke's creepy horror show "Sinister" ($18.3 million). Kevin James' MMA comedy "Here Comes the Boom," meanwhile, got caught in its own chokehold and managed just $12 million for a fifth place debut.
