The Glorious True Face of James Bond Comes to Light
Remember when we all had some major funzies peeping what Batman, er, Bruce Wayne's true face looked like? Well, another fictional gent of debonair composure has now been exposed... This time, it's Bond, James Bond.
Unlike some heroes of his blockbuster caliber, Bond isn't in the global villain decimation game for popularity's sake. And all he needs in the way of costuming is a ridiculously well-tailored tuxedo, a shaken-not-stirred martini in his left hand and the keys to the latest automotive miracle of Her Majesty's Secret Service in his right (or a Walther PPK; that'll work also). The star was born into a medical family in Mooloolaba, Queensland, in 1933, but picked up and moved to London to train at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in the 1950s. Her talent and stunning looks added up to success, and she quickly began to land work both on stage and in film.
In 1963, she married Sean Connery and gave birth to their son, Jason, before the couple split about a decade later. Then, in 1985 she married writer Anthony Schaffer, who penned "The Wicker Man," a film in which Cliento also appeared, The Hollywood Reporter recounts. Get More »
