Most of the time, when someone only has a few minutes of screen time in a film, they don't get a whole lot of attention. You know, cameos, walk-ons and extras don't often take the spotlight away from superstars. But when you have three breasts, well, that tends to change more things than just your bra size.

Case in point: According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Total Recall" actress Kaitlyn Leeb has become a viral sensation thanks to her recent appearance at Comic-Con in character — and now she wants the world to know that her character's third breast is just part of the costume.

Sorry, guys.

"There were a bunch of people at Comic-Con asking if I had surgery for the third one," Leeb said in a recent interview. "Others thought that the two on the side were real. I guess that's the one thing that bothers me the most is that they think I'm out there prancing around Comic-Con with my breasts out. They really are not mine."

Of course, it's not really a surprise that a three-breasted woman would get attention from the Comic-Con crowd, or any crowd at all for that matter. After all, the original three-breasted hooker who appeared in the 1990 version of "Total Recall" is perhaps that film's most fondly remembered legacy.

And in the end, that's perfectly cool with Leeb, who is soaking it all in.

"It feels amazing that you’re recognized. It's surreal, the past couple of days. It's all new and exciting."

You know what else is new and exciting? Three breasts, fake or not.

If there was one victor among the movies paneling at San Diego Comic-Con this year, it'd have to be … Marvel. Or was it "Man of Steel"? Or maybe "The Hobbit"?

Another Con's in the can, and we've emerged with new intel on a handful of high-profile mega-movies. There weren't necessarily any groundbreaking casting announcements this year, but first footage from movies like the new Superman flick, "Oz: The Great and Powerful," "Pacific Rim" and "Elysium" had fans and bloggers buzzing big time.

There's a Whole Lot of Marvel Movies Going On as 'Phase Two' Is Unveiled
Excelsior! Marvel Mania hit Comic-Con as the studio revealed its master plan (well, some of it, anyway) for the next wave of super-movies (or "Phase Two," as it's being called). Some of the upcoming sequels got official titles as "Thor: The Dark World" (awesome) will hit theaters on Nov. 8, 2013; "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" (AWESOME) will be released on April 4, 2014; "Guardians of the Galaxy" (we still can't believe they're doing a movie of that at all, much less this soon) will come out on Aug. 1, 2014 and, to the delight of the geekiest of fanboys, Edgar Wright's take on "Ant-Man" will probably creep into theaters sometime in 2015. The star of the Marvel panel was — no surprise here — Robert Downey, Jr., who danced on stage to the delight of fans and showed off some "Iron Man 3" footage that gave us a glimpse of the new suit. Oh, and Ben Kingsley is indeed playing the Mandarin, which is, of course, perfect.

Sci-Fi Is the Future
What a week it was for sci-fi films at Comic-Con. Three of the best-received movie panels were the futuristic mind-benders "Elysium," "Looper" and "Pacific Rim." Neil Blomkamp's "Elysium" pits Matt Damon and other freedom fighters against the one percenters hovering in a spacecraft over a ruined Earth; Rian Johnson's "Looper" finds Joseph Gordon-Levitt as a time-hopping assassin tasked with knocking off an older version of himself (Bruce Willis); and Guillermo del Toro's "Pacific Rim" pits giant robots against giant monsters, giving us all giant nerdgasms. "Looper" lands this fall, while "Elysium" and "Rim" are set to thrill in the spring and summer of 2013, respectively.

At Least the First Seven Minutes of 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' Are Going to Be Really Good
We knew we were going to see something from the last installment in the "Twilight" series, but we certainly weren't expecting to be treated to the entire first seven minutes of the film — nor, admittedly, were we expecting those seven minutes to be quite so jaw-droppingly good. "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" picks up right where "Part 1" left off, with Bella opening her red vampire eyes; from there, she gives Edward a powerful hug that takes his breath away (so to speak) before they're off to the forest for her first hunt. The sight of Bella scrambling up the face of a mountain, drunk with bloodlust for a poor mountain climber with a bleeding hand wound is pretty sweet, but nothing can prepare you for her claiming a freaking mountain lion as her first official meal as one of the undead. 'Man of Steel' is Man With Some Edge
Imagine if Zack Snyder and Christopher Nolan have a baby and name it Kal-El. Yeah that'd probably be one lucky yet confused kid. But that's how "Man of Steel" producer Thomas Tull describes the new Superman reboot, which is music to our Batman-loving, "Superman Returns"-hating ears (Snyder directs while Nolan produces). The Hollywood Reporter claims the trailer — which starts with a young Supes saving a busload of children, has a clearly darker tone than previous Clark Kent incarnations and also give us peaks at Russell Crowe (Jor-El), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Michael Shannon (Zod) and, of course, Henry Cavill's grown-up hero — brought fans to tears. "Goosebumps" and "chills" were also common refrains on the Twittersphere. The most super news? You won't have to wait too long to see it yourself. The teaser will wow moviegoers before Nolan's final Bat flick, "The Dark Knight Rises" starting Friday.

Stallone & Schwarzenegger Just a Couple of Bros
It's not every year you get action titans like Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger sharing the stage in Hall H, but that's exactly what happened with Thursday's mantastic "Expendables 2" panel. There were career retrospectives, a trailer and new clip, and appearances by co-stars Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crews and Randy Couture ... but really the most intriguing thing about this hype fest for the August release was observing to the genuine connection between the two legendary screen stars, who have been buds for over three decades. Of course, like any bromance, there's a healthy competition in place. "Sly's killed 288 people, I've killed 289," the former Governator said. But who's counting? | Read "Expendables" panel recap

Bros Part 2: 'The Hunger Games' Tributes'
While at the "Hunger Games" DVD/Blu-ray junket (it's out Aug. 18, you know), we also bore witness to the tight bond formed between Tributes Alexander Ludwig (Cato), Dayo Okeniyi (Thresh) and Jack Quaid (Marvel). The trio, waiting to do interviews on a Hard Rock Hotel terrace, laughed and goofed with each other incessantly like they were old college chums (or as they and other "Games" cast members often describe the experience, summer camp alums), talking about everything from their love for the cult comedy film "Super Troopers" (it's the bear-screwing scene that gets them) to prospective web series ideas. It's a shame — for their friendship, anyway — that none of them return for "Catching Fire."

Yes, There Is Absolutely a Three-Breasted Hooker in 'Total Recall'
Sure, hovercars are cool and all, but the question fans (okay, or at least us) really have on the top of their minds is: Will Len Wiseman's reboot of the Philip K. Dick sci-fi yarn/Arnold Schwarzenegger actioner include that iconic three-breasted hooker? We asked the cast on the red carpet, and while co-stars Bryan Cranston and Jessica Biel were hesitant to spill the beans (though "Breaking Bad" star Cranston does admit to having his own three-breasted prostitute), Kate Beckinsale came right out and confirmed it. And yes, they're fabulous, the actress (and wife to director Len Wiseman) says. Wiseman also teased the genetic marvel's appearance in the panel footage. A Whole Lotta 'Hobbit' Appeases the Masses
After mixed reactions to the 48 frames-per-second footage shown earlier this year at CinemaCon, perhaps the film with the most to prove was Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit" (a two-part prequel to the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy). Jackson decided not to show the Comic-Con crowd footage in his fancy new 48fps style (saying it can't be fully appreciated in excerpts), so the director made up for it with quantity, showing a whopping 13 minutes of crowd-pleasing scenes spanning both films. Jackson was joined on stage by Andy Serkis, Richard Armitage, Martin Freeman, Ian McKellan and Elijah Wood, and the crowd ate it up, rewarding the Middle-earthlings with a standing ovation to close the panel.

'Looper' Is the New '12 Monkeys'
We've been waiting almost 17 years for something to be referred to as "the next '12 Monkeys,'" and it looks like we're finally getting it in the form of Rian Johnson's new mind-crunching sci-fi action film, "Looper." Joseph Gordon-Levitt, the writer-director's unofficial muse (they previously rocked the house together in "Brick"), joined him for the panel, much to the delight of the Con crowd. The trailer released a few months ago was amazing enough, but the extended look we were given here promises a film that's going to be as exciting and entertaining as it is thought-provoking and smarty-pants cool (just like "Monkeys"). It's fun to see JGL and Jeff Daniels, who plays the head "looper," reuniting after their terrific teamwork in another bit of noir nastiness, "The Lookout," but it's the scenes between Gordon-Levitt and Willis — as they play the same person — that we're most looking forward to. In particular, there's a tense scene in a diner that demonstrates the idea of "beating yourself up" in rather imaginative ways. The film opens Sept. 28. | Watch "Looper" cast interviews

'Elysium' Is a Worthy Successor to 'District 9'
Peter Jackson introduced Con-goers back in 2009 to the scrappy duo of writer-director Neill Blomkamp and actor Sharlto Copley, who were in San Diego to promote their rather impressive-looking science-fiction film, "District 9." We couldn't wait to see what Blomkamp had up his sleeve as a follow-up, though we feared he may fall victim to the infamous "sophomore slump" in trying to at least match something as amazing as "D9." Now, after seeing the footage for his new movie, "Elysium," we fear nothing. Blomkamp has his satirical eye on the rich's exploitation of the poor in this story of a working stiff (Matt Damon) on a ravaged future Earth whose only chance for survival after being exposed to radiation is to journey to an off-world space station where the wealthy live disease- and worry-free. The grungy production design is astonishing enough, but our favorite part of it all has to be a nearly-unrecognizable Copley as some sort of bizarro "Mad Max"-ian villain who makes things difficult for our hero Mr. Damon. 'ParaNorman' Stars Ain't Afraid of No Ghosts
Laika Studios' stop-motion animation follow-up to the critically adored "Coraline" looks just as fun and family/adult-friendly as its predecessor, but after meeting three of the film's voice leads on the red carpet, it's almost a shame we won't see them appear together in live-action form. Kodi Smit-McPhee (who voices the lead, a bullied boy who can speak to the dead), Anna Kendrick and Christopher Mintz-Plasse riffed off one another with razor-sharp wit, even when attempting to convince us that paranormal spirits don't actually exist. That's right, none of them believe in ghosts. We'll just have to agree to disagree — and secretly hope one or all of them move into a haunted house one of these days. |  Watch "ParaNorman" stars talk ghosts

'Oz: The Great and Powerful' Looks Both Great and Powerful
Sam Raimi, ever the gentleman geek, treated us to the first trailer for this sorta-prequel to the 1939 classic, "The Wizard of Oz." Raimi's take on more whimsical material than what he's usually known for looks absolutely magical, with a Kansas-set prologue that's filmed in black-and-white as an homage to the first act of "Wizard." James Franco plays the carnival magician who takes the yellow brick road from shady cad to a truly "Great Man" via a tornado that whisks him away to a magical land known for its majestic Emerald City, mystical creatures, clever witches (both good and bad) and, of course, nasty flying monkeys. Franco's perfect for this part, and ever-smiling pixie Michelle Williams as Glinda is quite the stroke of casting genius, too; the trailer also offered brief glimpses of both Mila Kunis and Rachel Weisz (who are playing the aforementioned "bad" witches) and closes with a very Raimi-esque shot of a certain green hand with black nails slamming onto a table. It Helped If You Had Actually Read 'The Host'
We knew before heading into Hall H for the "Twilight" panel that Stephenie Meyer was going to be in attendance … and not just to talk about "Breaking Dawn - Part 2." We knew she was going to be doing something in regards to "The Host," and at Comic-Con "something" usually means showing a clip or two. What we got was a seven-minute highlight reel showing key scenes from the sci-fi flick about a future world in which most of the human race has been enslaved by alien parasites. The footage was most definitely impressive (this movie has the kind of budget that the "Twilight" movies never quite had but probably should've) as it offered looks at Saorise Ronan as Wanderer, Diane Kruger as The Seeker and a strikingly well-designed dystopian landscape. However, somewhat unfortunately, the reel had no sense of a narrative thru-line, coming across simply as a mishmash of random scenes that probably left those unfamiliar with the book somewhat confused.

'Django' Looks Off the Chains
There were no major revelations to come out The Weinstein Company's Saturday morning panel for "Django Unchained," besides maybe Quentin Tarantino's declaration that a scene in the thriller about a slave-turned-bounty hunter (Jamie Foxx) involving a cameo by Jonah Hill could very well be the funniest thing he's ever written (and he did later announce at a different panel that "Django" will also come in comic book form). But what became further evident: The film looks fantastic. Tarantino, who appeared in Hall H with Foxx, Kerry Washington, Christoph Waltz, Walton Goggins and a ponytailed Don Johnson, unveiled an eight-minute sizzle reel that expanded on the film's recently released trailer and stoked the hearts and minds of Comic-Con faithful.

We Won't Be Getting Any 'Resident Evil' Movies For Much Longer
The wild and loose "Resident Evil: Retribution" panel was tons of fun, with Milla Jovovich being her usual dorky-hottie self with a crowd-pleasing sense of genuine excitement for being back in San Diego and getting to play the ass-kicking Alice for the fifth (!) time. The new RE movie makes for something of a reunion, as several cast alums are making appearances — whether their characters were killed off in previous installments or not. Michelle Rodriguez, a super-cool lady in her own right, seemed especially psyched to be back with "the family," though the get-together had a slightly bittersweet tone to it as director Paul W.S. Anderson announced the "Retribution" is, indeed, the "beginning of the end" for the series. In fact, Alice herself might shuffle off this mortal coil in the new film that opens on Sept. 14 — though Jovovich was being a bit coy about confirming that one way or the other. | Watch the cast talk zombie apocalypse

Thursday marked the end of an angsty, brooding era at the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con press conference for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2."

When we first met them five years ago, they were anonymous teenagers; today, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are among some of the most recognizable faces in movies. Stewart even made reference to their coming-of-age together, saying to Lautner, "The first time I met you, you were a kid. After 'New Moon,' you weren't a kid anymore."

Those in attendance at the press conference were given a special treat as new "blood" (pardon the pun) Mackenzie Foy (Renesmee) joined the panel along with "Twilight" author Stephenie Meyer, who took the stage for the first time since the movies made their first appearance at Comic-Con.

Pattinson spoke fondly of their Con experiences: "Premieres are just walking around in a haze with people screaming at you," he said. "It's exercise. [Like] doing a marathon actually. Comic-Con is nice because you get to walk around."

Fans of the "Twilight" series line up for days to catch a glimpse of their beloved icons, and it was no exception at Comic-Con this year. "The characters in the books are what these fans fell in love with," said Lautner. Meyer added that the phenomenon "still surprises me all the time."

Rumors have already been swirling online of a possible "Twilight" reboot, even though the franchise hasn't even finished yet. Pattinson commented that he "would love to see that," and joked that he would "pity the person who takes over my part. I would make a campaign against them."

When they looked back on their favorite moments from filming, newest cast member Foy, who remained quiet throughout the conference, sweetly added, "For me it would be the whole thing, because every moment was perfect."

Regardless of any reboot rumors, Stewart loves the work they've done, especially on this final movie. "I've seen it four times and I cry every time because it's so cool," she said.

But it wasn't only the main characters that took the stage. We also got some insight from the Cullen clan of Elizabeth Reaser, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene, Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz and Nikki Reed.

Reminiscing on each of the movies, Reaser admitted her most stand-out experience was filming the first "Twilight" movie because the cast got into "a lot of silliness and hijinks." Lutz likened it to being "Seventeen before turning 18… we couldn't get in trouble."

While Facinelli had fond memories of playing indoor baseball with the Cullen clan during filming, Reed humbly looked back, saying, "I'm really beginning to realize how truly special this whole experience has been."

When asked, Rathbone jokingly fast-forwarded 10 years into the future, and says he expects there to be a reboot called "The Amazing Twilight." Reaser chimed in and joked: "I hope we're all healthy [in 10 years] and nobody's on Celebrity Rehab."

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2" hits theaters on November 16th.

After a slight but exquisitely torturous delay, Comic-Con 2012 hit the ground running in Hall H with the panel for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2."

Comic-Con President John Rogers kicked things off by expressing his condolences to the family of Gisela G., the fan who was killed earlier this week when she was struck by a car while waiting in line to get into the "Twilight" panel.

Eric Moro of Wikia, who served as the panel's moderator, then introduced Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Stephenie Meyer and little Mackenzie Foy to the stage. Director Bill Condon wasn't able to attend due to being in London for scoring sessions on the film, but he had a pre-recorded greeting that included the announcement that they were about to see the first seven minutes of "Breaking Dawn - Part 2."

The clip picked up right where "Part 1" left off: with Bella opening her bright red vampire eyes. She sees the world as her husband does for the first time, hyper-aware of every smell, sight and sensation. She's also of course considerably stronger, much to even Edward's surprise as her hug literally takes his breath away (well, so to speak).

And she's hungry, which prompts Edward to take her on her first hunt in the forest. A lone deer looks pretty tasty - until Bella gets a whiff of a mountain climber that accidentally cut his hand. Bella succumbs to the bloodlust almost immediately and proceeds to scale the face of the mountain as she stalks her prey — luckily, Edward intervenes just in time and she settles for a mountain lion for dinner. She is Bella, hear her roar!

The clip ends with Bella and Edward being greeted back at the house by Jacob, where he somewhat accidentally reveals his new bond with their daughter. Bella can smell the imprint on him: "You really stink, Jacob!"

Following the clip, Meyer told the crowd that she wishes Condon could've been there to hear everyone's extremely enthusiastic response to what they just saw. The "Twilight" author also said that she's most excited for audiences to finally see K.Stew as "awesome, powerful, vampire Bella."

Kristen obviously loved her undead turn. "It felt so good to break her in and see how fast the car goes," she said. R.Pattz expressed his enthusiasm for his final round as Edward Cullen, saying he especially enjoyed the fact that, over the course of four movies, he'd been constantly surprised by Bella — and now understands her even less as a vampire.

Lautner enjoyed playing a a more laid-back Jacob after four movies of being so "stressed and emotional."

"He has a weight lifted off his shoulders," he said. "He's less dramatic and more happy." That might take some getting used to!

The audience was then shown another clip that featured the Cullens helping Bella prepare to see her father for the first time since the recent, er, turn of events. The key, of course, is to appear like she's human, which means wearing contact lenses, creating the illusion of breathing and not having such … well, such perfect posture. Bella sums up vampire etiquette as follows: "I got it — move around, blink, slouch."

After the clip, Moro introduced Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene and the newlywed Jackson Rathbone to the stage and invited the audience to ask questions. One of the highlights was K.Stew and R.Pattz being asked what villain costume they would wear if they ever went to Comic-Con for fun. Stewart gave a nod to her pal and recent co-star Charlize Theron by saying she'd be "the evil Queen from Snow White," while R.Pattz would take on the Man of Steel himself as Zod. "Kneel!"

The panel's funniest moment was when R.Pattz was asked what advice the "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" Edward would give to the "Twilight" Edward. "Keep it in your pants," he mumbled, which was met with riotous laughter. R.Pattz, a little embarrassed, exclaimed, "I forget there are audiences at these things!"

The vampire actors all agreed that the most difficult aspect of shooting the "Twilight" films was acting, fighting and emoting through the disorienting and uncomfortable contact lenses. Rathbone took it in stride, though: "As long as it looks good, whatever!"

The adorable Foy kind of stole the show, though. Her favorite memory from "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" was "getting to ride Jacob-Wolf" … and losing a tooth at some point on set.

The panel was given quite the epilogue when Stephenie Meyer invited director Andrew Niccol to the stage to introduce an extended clip of "The Host," a film that might very well be "the next 'Twilight.'" The footage was something of a "highlight reel" introducing the strange world of Meyer's sci-fi romance and almost all the major characters, most notably Saoirse Ronan as Wanderer and Diane Kruger as The Seeker. While the scenes didn't make much sense out of context, fans of the book met the impressive footage — which ran several minutes — with great enthusiasm.

A bit of a bittersweet melancholy came over Hall H as the "Twilight" gang left the Comic-Con stage for the final time. On to "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," opening Nov. 16.

Stephenie Meyer has something up her sleeve.

The bestselling author of the "Twilight" series isn't giving away any details but she apparently has something special in store for the attendees of this year's San Diego Comic-Con, according to Deadline.

Meyer will be participating in the "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" panel on Thursday morning at the San Diego Convention Center's legendary Hall H, during which she'll be revealing … something related to her next big book-to-movie franchise, "The Host." Meyer and some representatives from Open Road Films are looking to get audiences stoked for what might very well be … well, the next "Twilight."

Our guess is it's going to be a sneak peek at some sweet footage. The film wrapped just a few weeks ago, and we're due for something a little more in-depth than the simple (though admittedly exciting) teaser trailer that featured a brief look at Saoirse Ronan as Melanie Stryder, the human host to a parasitic alien entity that's got a few … emotional complications, shall we say.

NextMovie will be at the "Twilight" panel and we'll be letting you know what's what as soon as Meyer shows her hand. "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" opens on Nov. 16 and "The Host" will invade theaters on March 29, 2013.

There may only be a few things officially lined up for "The Hunger Games" at this year's Comic-Con event (we can probably — hopefully! — count on a proper "Catching Fire" cast and filmmaker panel next summer), but there's still some real potential for the annual shindig-o-geekery to make us feel like we're living right there in Victor's Village.

New Details, Please

Willow Shields (Primrose Everdeen) — whose character will return for the sequels — will join her "Hunger Games" co-stars Alexander Ludwig (Cato), Amandla Stenberg (Rue), Jack Quaid (Marvel), Isabelle Fuhrman (Clove) and Dayo Okeniyi (Thresh) for a special Lionsgate booth signing on Saturday, July 14.

With "Catching Fire" filming expected to begin next month, we're hoping Shields will shell out some need-to-knows about what's to come — like whether a Finnick Odair has been chosen or whether Jena Malone will indeed be Johanna Mason. We'd also love to hear her thoughts on new director Francis Lawrence's vision for "Catching Fire," whether Hawaii will serve as the filming hotspot for the arena sequences or not and where she thinks "Mockingjay" will be split in two.

And while the other tributes signing on Saturday might not be a part of the "Catching Fire" cast, they've probably got some untold stories from "The Hunger Games" set to share too, and we hope they'll give us all the goods.

That same day, costume illustrator Christian Cordella will be chatting up "The Hunger Games" at her Costume Designers and Illustrators: From Concept to Reality panel, so we're crossing our fingers that Cordella'll spill a little juice on what she has in store for the fashions in movie two.

Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth aren't technically slated to appear at Comic-Con, but all three are now living in Los Angeles and have independent reasons to hit up the event.

For one, Josh Hutcherson is a self-proclaimed "Batman" lover, and while "The Dark Knight Rises" — which is the movie he's most looking forward to this summer — might not be featured at Comic-Con this year, one can probably count on a little "Batman" cosplay action. We could totally see him celebrating with a little costumery himself! He could also pull a Kellan Lutz circa 2009 and don a disguise to sneak around the show here and there. Eagle-eyed as "Hunger Games" fans are, those at the Con will surely be on lookout for undercover tributes and snag a pic!

Liam Hemsworth, meanwhile, isn't on the roster for "The Expendables 2" panel — perhaps due to him currently filming "Empire State" in Louisiana — but it'd be a real treat if he made a surprise cameo for his macho movie's big day. Also, Jennifer Lawrence might not have an "X-Men: First Class" sequel panel to attend this year, but there is a Women of Marvel event lined up on Sunday. As Mystique, she totally belongs on the stage, but we'd be just as happy to spot her nudge into the crowd for that one.

Oodles of Katnisses

We can't wait to see what "The Hunger Games" fans come up with for cosplay this year, and we predict that there'll be tons of Katniss costumes on display all over the Con. Bows, braids and cargo pants aplenty! We can picture it already.

'Catching Fire' Teaser Poster

Last year around this time, Lionsgate unveiled the first movie poster for "The Hunger Games," which was a brilliant, fiery mockingjay pin treat. We're hoping they'll repeat the favor and drop the first "Catching Fire" parachute poster upon us this year too.

One of the highlights of every Comic-Con is the costumes, as fans try to outdo each other with elaborate and painstaking reproductions of the outfits worn by their favorite heroes and heroines from comics, movies and cartoons. But this year, there's going to be no competition at all, because there's a new cosplayer headed to Comic-Con — and as a brand new teaser poster reveals, he's a true wizard.

But is Comic-Con ready for Ian McKellen and the rest of the gang from "The Hobbit?"

That's rhetorical, of course; it's safe to say that fans have never been more ready to get their first real look at the most hotly anticipated film of the decade. And Peter Jackson just keeps upping the stakes, as shown by the brand new, exclusive Comic-Con poster he unveiled on the official "Hobbit" Facebook page over the weekend.

"Hi everyone," Jackson posted on Saturday. "Here's an exclusive Comic Con poster. Be sure to get your copy in San Diego and let me know what you think of it!"

We're pretty sure what you think of it is going to be the same thing we think of it, which is nothing at all since our minds were blown clear out of our heads. But take a look and get ready, because "The Hobbit" is about to turn Comic-Con in to their own personal playground. And we couldn't be happier about it.

Sure, the beach, barbecues and vacations are nice for the general population, but we pop culture junkies know that the best part of summer is San Diego Comic-Con. All the fun kicks off on July 12, and we're getting ready to head back to the West Coast to keep you in the loop on what you can expect from some of the hottest upcoming movies.

Our own Executive Editor Kevin Polowy is eager to trek to 2012 Comic-Con to see how Martin Freeman and friends measure up to Hobbits past (get it? Short joke.),  hear how many times Quentin Tarantino uses the word "awesome" over the course of the one-hour "Django Unchained" panel (over/under: 16), and once again gorge on those disgustingly delicious Mexican egg rolls at that one place on 1st Ave (Mexican egg rolls!).

· Edward Douglas, Associate Editor at ComingSoon.net is looking forward to the entire Warner Bros. panel, since we've seen absolutely nothing from Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel" and very little from Guillermo del Toro's "Pacific Rim," two of what should be the coolest movies of next summer. Likewise, the Marvel panel is always hopping and even though they've only been shooting a few weeks on "Iron Man 3," they rarely disappoint and I expect them to show some cool stuff from the movie, much like they did with "Captain America" two years ago. Oh, and we'll finally get confirmation on that May 2014 movie so we can all stop guessing and making stuff up. Also looking forward to talking to lots of filmmakers/actors since interviewing is my schtick at Comic-Con.

· This year the gang at Movies.com is planning to load up their Comic-Con page with as many interviews, panel reports, footage reviews, podcasts, and, most importantly, costume galleries as biologically possible. It'll be like you're at Comic-Con, minus the huge crowds and Slave Leia dance contests.

· Katey Rich is the Editor-in-Chief of Cinema Blend, and she and her mighty team of five are excited to be covering Comic-Con with more man (and woman) power than ever before. More than anything Katey is excited to catch the panel for Neill Blomkamp's "Elysium," because it's something she knows the least about, and therefore has the most potential to be an awesome surprise.

· Matt Goldberg is going to be at Comic-Con covering Hall H for Collider.com. "I'm jazzed to see 'Django Unchained' and 'Iron Man 3,' but not so much because of the footage since that will all be released in due time.  I'm more excited to see Quentin Tarantino and Robert Downey Jr. since big personalities on the Hall H stage always makes for a good time," he says.  He adds he's "also eager to see what surprises various presentations may have in store."

· Josh Wigler at MTV Movies Blog and Splash Page says: "TV once again rules the roost for me at Comic-Con. I'm dying to make it to the 'Fringe' panel, where we'll hopefully catch a glimpse of the Observer-studded final season. 'Game of Thrones,' too, is high on my list; any and all RW teases would make the trip to San Diego worthwhile for me. Honestly, I'm even excited for 'Walking Dead,' both the obstacle course (yes, there's an obstacle course!) and the panel, where we'll finally get a healthy look at Michonne, The Governor and the prison — three of the most beloved elements of the Robert Kirkman source material. And I'm really hoping to catch the 'Breaking Bad' panel. I've already seen the premiere, and if they show the cold open … holy wow, I want to be in that room while the audience freaks."

· This year, the Film School Rejects will be hiding in the bathroom stalls so that we can be the first in Hall H to check out everything from "Frankenweenie" to the Batmobile. We'll be ironically wearing Team Bella t-shirts (except for Brian) as we bring news from Jackie Chan's production company, "ParaNorman," Disney, "Game of Thrones," Disney's "Game of Thrones" and the science fiction of "Total Recall" and "Looper." While Fure rubs his own chest to "The Expendables 2" footage (and reports back), Brian will be writing about his experiences as a first-timer, and we'll collectively make sure that you, dear reader, feel like you are at the Con yourself. Dressing up like your favorite comic book character is on you though. We can't be held responsible for clothing you.

· The ScreenCrush.com team is excited to see footage from "Man of Steel" and "Iron Man 3" for sure, but the one panel we won't miss is for "Django Unchained." Watching Quentin Tarantino work the Hall H crowd will be worth the price of admission alone! And maybe he'll bring some special guests along with him...

· Matt Patches at Hollywood.com can't decide if he's more excited for Sony's "Elysium" panel or Nickelodeon's "The Legend of Korra" panel. He's been waiting patiently for any look at director Neill Blomkamp's long-awaited "District 9" follow-up that's not bald Matt Damon standing around on set, and really, who doesn't want a taste of epic sci-fi at Comic-Con?  But going cold turkey on "Legend of Korra" post-season one finale…well, the panel may be the fix he needs to survive.

· This year at SDCC, the io9 team is excited to see that fantasy is pretty much ruling the con. With "The Hobbit" coming up, and "Game of Thrones" still going strong, there's no doubt that this is the year of foam swords and armor in San Diego. We're psyched for the original science fiction too — we'll be checking out Guillermo del Toro's giant monsters in "Pacific Rim," getting the latest on the superintelligent computer in "Person of Interest," and visiting a post-apocalyptic world with no computers at all with Eric Kripke's new series "Revolution." We'll be covering everything from comics and movies, to books and TV, so keep your eyes on io9 at SDCC 2012!

· Alex Billington also returns to cover Comic-Con 2012 at FirstShowing.net. Alex is looking forward to the panels on Saturday the most, specifically Warner Bros.' panel for "The Hobbit" and Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel." There's also Quentin Tarantino bringing "Django Unchained" on Saturday, which should be very fun. He's mostly excited to see how the Hall H crowds react to these presentations, and hear the responses after.

· Don Kaye, lead writer at MSN's Parallel Universe, is split between two things that he wants to see the most: "On the one hand, I am really looking forward to the Warner Bros./Legendary Pictures panel, because I can't wait to get a first look at footage from Guillermo del Toro's "Pacific Rim" and Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel." Both have been shrouded in mystery until now. We're apparently also going to get a peek at Legendary's take on "Godzilla." But at the same time, I am super-excited about seeing the Sony presentation on "Elysium." I loved "District 9" and can't wait to see what Neill Blomkamp has done for his follow-up. If anyone can come up with the big sci-fi movie with big ideas (the one we didn't get this year), it might be him."

· Kristal Bailey returns to Comic Con for the 7th time and couldn't be more excited! Each year provides new surprises, big news and this looks to be like no exception. She and Brian Rudloff, the amazing duo from Screen Invasion, are most looking forward to the "Community" panel and the rest of the TV slate coming to SD. With "The Walking Dead," "Game of Thrones," and "True Blood" all having major panels, geek TV is going strong. The movie front is shaping up nicely too, with highlights including "Iron Man 3," "Dredd," and "Pacific Rim."

· Rob Keyes from Screen Rant is anxious to see the year's two biggest panels happening on Saturday in Hall H where we all hope to get our first real look at Guillermo del Toro's "Pacific Rim" and Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel." Those two films combined with "The Hobbit" and a potential presentation about "Godzilla" make that the panel to be at. On the Disney/Marvel side, the "Iron Man 3" presentation also has a chance to steal the show if President Kevin Feige comes prepared to lay down major announcements regarding  "Phase 2" of the Marvel cinematic universe. Bring us some "Ant-Man," "Black Panther" and "Guardians of the Galaxy"!

· Jim Littler from ComicBookMovie.com had it easy when picking out his highlights, saying, "It’s a no-brainer what we'll be interested in seeing at Comic-Con this year… All the Comic Book Movie-oriented panels — with a particular interest in Disney's/Marvel's 'Iron Man 3' and 'Thor 2' offerings, as well as 'Man OF Steel'?!!  Plus, a personal favorite is 'The Venture Bros.'"

Scott Porter may have a new show premiering next month, but that doesn't mean he's ready to move away from Dillon, Texas.

News of a movie spin-off of television's "Friday Night Lights" (based on a movie based on a book, based on something that happened in real life, of course) has been circling ever since the show finished its run on NBC a few weeks ago, and they've reached a fever pitch now that creator Peter Berg has confirmed a film in the works.

But who will be starting this game and who will be sitting on the bench?

Of course, that remains unclear, but, despite his new gig on "Hart of Dixie," Porter would love to return to the fictional town that jumpstarted his career.

"If there’s a movie, it would be amazing to come back and say hi to everybody, because we are a family," he told NextMovie exclusively during San Diego Comic-Con, where he was promoting his voice gig with the upcoming Activision videogame, "X-Men: Destiny," out in late September. "We did something that nobody thought we could and it was a special bond we all had. So I’d love to work with them again.

"I’d love to sit in that chair again because Jason Street made a huge impact on my life."

Waxing both poetic and sentimental, the erstwhile No. 6 added, "I think 'Friday Night Lights' was something special that left an indelible mark on the frontier of television and I think it should be celebrated at the end… We were a little show, we never had a big viewership but stayed on air strictly because of the quality. And that's what we were set up to do."

And that's surely what a movie would be. In other words, football fans, "Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose" hope for an "FNL" movie.

For his latest film, Dominic Cooper is pulling double duty.

No, he's not singing and dancing again like he did in "Mamma Mia!" The young actor is playing dual roles in "The Devil's Double" – he's Saddam Hussein's infamous son Uday and Latif Yahia, a man forced to become Uday's body double. The film itself is based loosely on a true story, but this isn't your average biopic – it's more like a gangster film.

And, not unlike some gangster films, Cooper is already getting major buzz for his performance and whispers of awards season.

We caught up with the 33-year-old (who also happens to star in "Captain America: The First Avenger") during San Diego Comic-Con and he was downright humbled by the idea of dressing up for awards shows at the top of 2012.

People have been buzzing about this movie ever since Sundance earlier this year – are you thinking that you might get to be talking about it for another seven months or so?
I don’t know. I just hope it that people see it. It’s a small film and always difficult for those films to be seen. So we’ll see. At the moment people are responding to it in a great way.

The idea of the body double is so fascinating.
I think the idea of the body double anyway is extraordinary. You never really know who's got them or how many they are, how often you see the double.

Do you think we actually see them pretty often?
I think a lot. I imagine most political and heavyweight leaders probably have someone... It’s an intriguing idea.

In this story, it becomes much more about one man’s vanity and desperation and love affair with himself to recreate that kind of second version. I don’t think Uday really worried too much about people being safe until the assassination attempt was made. I think he thought it was a bit of a joke. Uday just thought he had this plaything and he was completely in control of Latif. And he kind of enjoyed watching how he behaved and responded in those situations which he should have been in. Sending him off to dangerous military zones and watching him on TV doing a speech, rather than taking any of this seriously.

It's why his dad didn't take him in any way seriously. No doubt he thought he was very irresponsible, which he was, and therefore didn't give him the extra family name, the family responsibilities. I think it made him extremely aggressive. It was a cultural insult as an elder son.

Was there an added pressure taking on a role about a real-life person?
I think there can be, but with this, the pressure was kind of taken off because we weren't making it a historical or accurate biography. It wasn't meant to be exactly how this person did this. It was just the story of a person and we used the framework of that story. I was at liberty to explore it… they’re not hugely famous, no one really knows them. I think the pressure is when you’re doing someone so well known and everyone knows what they think they know about that person and these guys can be anyone, in my opinion.

So many people believe that every person has at least one doppelganger. We kinda think yours might be your "Captain America" co-star Sebastian Stan.
Oh, yeah, my friends do as well. When we were working together, we’d be in London a lot and my friends would go “you look exactly the same.” I’m much better looking than him though [laughs].

Would you ever do another musical like "Mamma Mia?"
Yeah, if it was right. I was amazed that I was ever part of that movie and I loved it. And I loved singing. I tend not to like that genre. I never went for musicals, never watched them. I was in "Cabaret" when I first ever got into acting… In reality someone’s talking and then breaking into show tunes for me is just totally bizarre, but yeah, I'd love to.

Apparently, the world -- and especially the law -- can't handle an almost pitch-perfect Aeon Flux costume.

"America's Next Top Model" winner Adrianne Curry was at the San Diego Comic-Con for the long haul, appearing at the convention center in a different costume each day.

However, Curry's Aeon Flux costume was deemed too risque even for Comic-Con (see what we mean by that here) and she was ordered by security to leave the premises as soon as her signing was over.

Luckily, NextMovie was on hand to talk to Curry about her super-sexy costume before she had to head back to her hotel and put on something more "appropriate." Curry admits that alcohol (specifically Jagermeister) was involved in the creation of this impressive get-up.

Adrianne is obviously a fan of the cult animated series, "Aeon Flux," and she definitely has strong opinions about the ill-advised "Aeon Flux" movie with Charlize Theron in the title role, saying via Twitter that, while she "loves Theron," she "doesn't come across as a sexaholic... poor casting."

Conan the Barbarian Gives Us a Striptease

During a roundtable interview with "Conan the Barbarian" stars Rachel Nichols and Jason Momoa, we dared to ask Nichols what should bring the ladies to the theater to see this film. "Jason's abs," she said, quite plainly, before going into a deeper answer. Thankfully, Jason interrupted her. "I have four reasons for you: one, two, three," he said, unbuttoning the three of the four buttons on his already half-open shirt. We're not sure why he stopped, but, yes, we're still a little salty about it. He also shared Arnold Schwarzenegger's reaction to his movie, but that wasn't nearly as revealing.

Nicolas Cage Explains the Undead

"In 'Drive Angry,' I was playing a living dead man and this is a living man who turns into a demon," Cage said during a press conference for "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance." "It's totally different. A living dead man has to be a little bit more dead, whereas a living man who turns into a ghost is still very alive when he's living." Okay. Thanks for clearing that up, Nic.

Dominic Monaghan Is a Close-Talker

We spoke to "Millionaire Tour" star Monaghan -- you may remember him from such epic blockbusters as the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy and a little TV show called "Lost" -- and talked about his exclusion from "The Hobbit," his ex-girlfriend Evangeline Lilly's inclusion in "The Hobbit," and what he'd do if he were President Obama. All from a close, close distance. Really close.

'Cowboys & Aliens' Take Over

Saturday night saw the biggest movie premiere in Comic-Con history, with the gang from "Cowboys and Aliens" staging their big event at the San Diego Civic Theater. Before the red carpet was rolled out for the likes of Daniel Craig, Olivia Wilde, Harrison Ford and Jon Favreau, fans had the chance to win tickets by finding golden bricks throughout the city and the Convention Center floor. And those big winners – as well as team NextMovie – weren't disappointed. The party following the movie was as big as the stars of the movie and the corn pudding with the trio of sauces was epic.

Sign Us Up For the Andrew Garfield Answering Service

In today's technology age, some reporters use their iPhones to record interviews and the like. During the press conference for "The Amazing Spider-Man," one of those phones rang… and Andrew Garfield answered it. "Hello. Hey, this isn't Rob. It's Andrew, Andrew Garfield. This is a press conference for 'The Amazing Spider-Man' at Comic-Con. No problem. Bye," he said and hung up. "Rob, a Rob – someone called. A 323 number." Oh, how we wish we'd been on the other line of that call. Andrew also shared what former Spidey Tobey Maguire thought of his casting.

Taylor Lautner Can Really Shake His Booty

During the "Breaking Dawn" press conference, one reporter asks the Vampire, the Wolf and the girl who loves them to expose a backstage secret. Robert Pattinson comes out of the experience unscathed, but admits that Stewart is a Cooking Channel addict, while Stewart saucily announces that Lautner has secret sweet dance moves: "He can move his hips better than I could ever dream."

We Sorta Wish 'Tintin' Were Live-Action

During "The Adventures of Tintin" panel, Steven Spielberg exhibited an early test reel of "Tintin" created by Peter Jackson's company Weta, starring Jackson himself alongside a CGI version of Tintin's dog snowy. We understand the point was to underscore the seamlessness of creating a whole digital world rather than inserting one animated creature into a live scene... but it looked REALLY cool. And take it from us, there is nothing funnier than a drunk digital dog.

'Snow White and the Huntsman' Looks AWESOME

The stars and director of Universal's "Snow White" retelling debuted a rough trailer and the first official images from the movie -- and it looks more badass than we could ever have hoped. Charlize Theron makes a beautiful wicked queen, Sam Claflin has dimples we could drown in and Kristen Stewart looks battle-ready as Snow White herself. Also, the bantering between K.Stew and Theron had us pumped for months of fun media appearances together.

We Wish We Could Drive to 'Drive' Right Now

Holy, wow. The trailer and a set of clips from the Ryan Gosling and Carey Mulligan flick made their debut in Hall H and we haven't stopped thinking about them. One two-minute clip featured one of the hottest on-camera smooches we've seen in ages and one of the bloodiest kill scenes. Our adrenaline is pumping just thinking about it – watch the new trailer and see for yourself.

Colin Farrell Stops Panel For an Autograph, Shows Some Skin

One gutsy fan halted the "Fright Night" panel by shouting out a request for Farrell's nameplate, and was rewarded by Farrell leaving his seat, calling her up to the edge of the stage, bending down to sign it and showing a little "plumber's crack" in the process. Big win for everyone.

Hall H Sings Happy Birthday to Patrick Stewart

It seems impossible, but "Star Trek: Next Generation" and "X-Men" star Patrick Stewart had never been to San Diego Comic-Con. His first visit was for the "Dorothy of Oz" panel, and he was well-rewarded for the effort. Co-star Megan Hilty led thousands of fans seated in Hall H in a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday for Stewart, who celebrated his anniversaire just two days earlier.

Nathan Fillion, Man of Many Faces

Last year, we spotted the "Serenity" and "Castle" star going incognito throughout San Diego with a fake moustache. This year's laughable disguise? A red bandana tied around his face, just below his eyes. What a thug, that guy.

Aziz Ansari Stops the Collective Heart of Hall H

"30 Minutes or Less" star Aziz Ansari answers a fan question about the "Amazing Spider-man" trailer by suggesting that he liked it, but not as much as the 15 minutes of advance "The Dark Knight Rises" footage that screened at the Con that morning. The whole hall gasps in unison, Ansari deadpans that he also loved the "Inception 2" panel, and everyone finally gets the joke. Amazing.

Stars Tweet Their Comic-Con Pics Too

While eating dinner Thursday night, we were lucky enough to be sitting across from "Castle" and "Quantum of Solace" star, Stana Katic. As we were marveling at how gorgeous she is (really, it's ridiculous), she got up and introduced herself to the other table next to us and asked if she could take her picture with the man with cheetah hair. "Thinking of a new Beckett hairdo while hangin out here @ sdcc," she tweeted alongside the pic.

Move Over, James Cameron. Ridley Scott May Be the New King of 3-D

Fans went wild for the small taste of "Prometheus" shown during the Fox presentation in Hall H, and not just for the brief second of Charlize Theron's naked push-ups. Director Ridley Scott was beamed into the theater via video conference, where he explained that the film has "the DNA of the original 'Alien,' but that's as far as it goes." He also confessed to falling in love… with 3-D. "I'll never work without 3-D again," he said. "Even for small dialogue scenes."

Chris Evans Brings His All-Americanness to 'Captain America'

Thursday morning's special screening of "Captain America: The First Avenger" was made all the more special as it was introduced by the good Captain himself! In true Steve Rogers fashion, Evans was humble and excited as he got everyone pumped for the first-ever public screening of Marvel's latest marvel. "I really love this movie, and I can't say that about every movie I've done," he said with a sly grin.

Spielberg Meets His Super-fan

During the "Adventures of Tintin" panel, a fan asked a question of director Steven Spielberg and producer Peter Jackson... while wearing a t-shirt that read "If possible I would love to meet Steven Spielberg just to shake his hand and say thank you very much." Naturally, Spielberg invited the gentleman onstage for a handshake and a picture -- taken by Jackson. It pays to dream big with your wardrobe. (And if that weren't enough, Spielberg also dropped hints about his upcoming "Jurassic Park" sequel. The gifts just kept coming.)

We Geeked Out Too

We steel ourselves for the movie stars, so, sometimes, when we interact with our favorite TV stars, we're just like any other fan. At the Summit party, our own Brooke Tarnoff kept circling the bar to get another glimpse at "Game of Thrones"'s little lothario, Peter Dinklage, and couldn't help but giggle as she introduced herself to "True Blood" hottie Alexander Skarsgard. Justin Bieber will be making a cameo appearance in Pee-wee Herman's new movie. He just doesn't know it yet.

Pee-wee has been developing a new movie project with Judd Apatow and announced Justin's (potential) involvement while being interviewed at the San Diego Comic-Con.

"I can't really tell [what the cameo is], but he makes an appearance toward the end of the film," Pee-wee told MTV News. "He doesn't know about it yet, so if you're watching this, Justin!"

Hey, it's a done deal as far as we're concerned.

San Diego Comic-Con attendees got a special treat on Saturday when Universal unveiled the first official looks at the four main characters in "Snow White and the Huntsman."

She may have eight of them (yes, eight), but it looks like Snow White doesn't need any dwarves (or a vampire boyfriend) to look after her as Kristen Stewart dons a suit of armor and carries a mean-looking sword in next summer's fairy tale.

The starlet confessed she "gave the old chest a nice pounding" when she first donned her costume.

Meanwhile, Chris Hemsworth provides a new variation on the ultra-determined warrior look he worked so well earlier this summer in "Thor" as the Huntsman.

You also get Charlize Theron looking appropriately hot and evil as the Queen and Sam Claflin looking like he's not going to take as much crap as he did in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" as the Prince.

The dimple-faced Claflin confessed to the crowd in San Diego that his "prince is not necessarily as charming as one would hope."

As they are on the cusp of beginning shooting the action-packed film, Hemsworth, Claflin and Theron all confessed that they're wimps when it comes to doing their own stunts -- although Theron said she "pretends to be a badass." Stewart, on the other hand, declared herself a daredevil, although she's not sure why.

"I'm not good at stunts," she admitted. "I don't know why I'm doing this. I actually hurt myself a lot."

Security at the San Diego Comic-Con has felt the wrath of The Lizard.

Rhys Ifans, who plays the scaly villain in next summer's "The Amazing Spider-Man," got a bit unruly right before he took the stage in Hall H for the "Spider-Man" panel on Friday.

Ifans became irate when a member of his entourage was denied access to the convention due to a lack of proper credentials (if you don't have a badge, you don't get in, no exceptions!). He was allowed to participate in the panel but immediately after was arrested and cited for misdemeanor battery for shoving a female security guard.

"He was aggressive and belligerent," Lt. Andra Brown said of the Welsh actor. "He was... berating everyone from the security staff to the United States of America."

Is Tobey Maguire's Spidey sense still tingling?

He may have bid his successful franchise adieu in 2007, but, with the upcoming film, "The Amazing Spider-Man," Hollywood clearly hasn't. And Tobey appears to be okay with that.

According to the newest Peter Parker himself, Andrew Garfield, Maguire has given a thumbs-up to the project and the man donning the super-suit.

"[Tobey] sent a very, very, very nice email to [producer] Matt [Tolmach] once it was announced, basically giving me his blessing," Garfield said during a press conference at San Diego Comic-Con. "It meant the world to me because I respect him so much as an actor generally and especially what he did with the role that I'm now assuming."

Apparently, Garfield and Maguire are members of a mutual-admiration society.

"I love Tobey Maguire's interpretation of the character [of Spider-Man]," he said. "It's one thing that reminded me of how much the character means to me. When I watched that first Spidey film, I lost my mind. I watched it twice in a row."

Garfield added that he "had the wonderful fortune of meeting [Maguire] after we finished shooting."

Perhaps they should change the Spidey slogan to, "With great power comes great male bonding."

When someone recreates an iconic role, one of the questions remains the same: What did the first guy think?

In the case of "Conan the Barbarian," the answer is decidedly positive.

"I was excited to find out that he actually watched it and liked it a lot," Jason Momoa tells NextMovie of Arnold Schwarzenegger's reaction. "He was proud of me and thought I did a good job."

The warm-fuzzy feeling, however, cannot be mutual. The "Game of Thrones" star has yet to watch the former Governator in action.

"I haven't seen it," he admits during San Diego Comic-Con. "I've never played a role that had already been played before and I really didn't feel like I would need to see Arnold's performance to help me with mine.

"When you get hired on a job, you want to take all the source material – there's tons of stories, the comic books and the paintings. You don't need anyone to tell you what that man's made of once you've looked at one of those Frank Frazetta paintings. I wanted to build my character from the ground up."

Die-hard fans gasping for air right now can rest easy – Momoa promises he's going to catch Arnie in action in the near future.

"I'm going to see it soon because everyone's castrating me for the whole thing," he says. "I've gotta go watch his movie. I just wanted to do mine first."

"Conan the Barbarian" arrives in theaters on Aug. 19.

Well, it looks like it definitely takes place in outer space.

And that's about all that's revealed/ confirmed in the first official image from "Prometheus," courtesy of Collider. But hey, when it comes to Ridley Scott's super-secret, is-it-or-isn't-it an "Alien" prequel, we'll take what we can get.

(Our guess is that it's Noomi Rapace in that there spacesuit -- the former Lisbeth Salander has certainly come a long way since her hacker days!)

20th Century Fox has also released an official synopsis for the hush-hush sci-fi spectacular, and it's predictably, gloriously, frustratingly obscure:

Visionary filmmaker Ridley Scott returns to the genre he helped define, creating an original science fiction epic set in the most dangerous corners of the universe. The film takes a team of scientists and explorers on a thrilling journey that will test their physical and mental limits and strand them on a distant world, where they will discover the answers to our most profound questions and to life's ultimate mystery.

Lucky visitors to the Fox panel at San Diego Comic-Con were treated to a few snippets from the film -- one showing a naked Charlize Theron doing pushups! -- and some choice words from Ridley Scott himself.

"There is a DNA of the original 'Alien' but that's about it," he told the crowd from a location in remote Iceland.

Scott also confessed to a love that might surprise some of his fans and hardcore moviegoers who may be growing tired of 3-D.

"I'll never work without 3-D," he stated. "Even for small dialogue scenes."

"Prometheus" opens June 8, 2012.

Long lines, sleeping bags and screaming girls – it had to be "Twilight" taking over San Diego Comic-Con.

After a lengthy wait – some for more than 60 hours – Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner kicked off the Con with a laid-back panel and two juicy exclusive clips.

Yep, we got to see several minutes of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1." And, yeah, one of them involved Bella, Edward and a bed.

The lucky several thousand fans who filed into Hall H got a special taste of Bella and Edward's honeymoon on the Isle of Esme, filmed in Brazil, and it was delicious.

The scene kicks off with Edward insisting on carrying Bella over the threshold (swoon!) before showing her around the house. Cue the sexual tension as the newlyweds glance at the bed and back at each other. Of course, fans of the books know Edward makes the first move… towards going swimming.

Bella insists on taking a few "human moments," which involves her panicking as she brushes her teeth, shaves her legs and sifts through the suitcase Alice packed her filled with nothing but sexy lingerie. She opts for nothing but her towel.

But the better teaser came straight from Lautner himself. Apparently, come November, we'll be seeing Edward give Jacob a big punch when he finds out that the wolf has imprinted on his newborn daughter. Nice!

The entire gang – even Lautner – confessed that the birthing scene was their favorite moment from "Part 1."

"Two-day labor – it was really hard," Stewart said.

Because of that scene and several before it, director Bill Condon says, "The second half of 'Breaking Dawn' turns into a really cool horror movie."

We'll have to wait just a few more months to see if we agree.
