The big screen adaptation of Milton Bradley/Hasbro's game of strategy and putting pegs into tiny plastic ships has managed some rough waters, and studio Universal even contemplated pulling the plug at one point due to it's lack of stars and the inevitable troubles that come from shooting on the ocean.
B-4… and after!
Rihanna has traded flaming red hair and skintight latex outfits for a more natural brunette 'do and camouflage duds in new images from the set of her upcoming movie debut "Battleship," obtained by RihannaDaily.com, the singer's official fan site.
The film, directed by Peter Berg, is based on the popular Hasbro board game but includes a sci-fi twist. Rather than blowing up mini plastic boats, the on-screen naval team will battle an alien armada, employing a complex strategy to take them down.
No word on whether this includes forcing them to listen to "Umbrella" as a cure for seasickness. Get More »
