Kruger, whom we just can't wait to see as The Seeker in "The Host" next year, is hitting the history books as she's joined the cast of another Abraham Lincoln movie, "The Green Blade Rises," according to Deadline. The actress-singer is going indie as she joins the cast of the romantic road comedy, "Parental Guidance Suggested," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Based on Ric Browde's quirky coming-of-age novel, "While I'm Dead ... Feed the Dog" (yeah, we'd change the title, too), "Parental Guidance Suggested" follows 16-year-old Ric (Nat Wolff) and his crush, Nina (Gomez), as they embark on a rock n' roll odyssey that will almost definitely involve self-discovery and kissing.
