Greetings from the apocalypse! This was a scary-ass week for my homies in Boston. Why we gotta blow each other up, people? If we keep exploding ourselves all we'll wind up with is Charlton Heston screaming at the Statue of Liberty. Truth. Love, peace and chicken grease, y'all. Now, movies … Get More »
Well, except the part when a person's toe snaps off and is then eaten by a dog. That's sure to be pretty painful. Get More »

Despite releasing "Pain & Gain" later this year, producer Michael Bay has so far inflicted much pain and very little gain upon hapless "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" fans.
First the uproar over the turtles being aliens, then word that the script was shite, followed by interminable delays, and now The Hollywood Reporter says the new live-action/CGI hybrid film has been delayed yet again to June 6, 2014. Get More »
He's walked tall, been cool and felt the need for speed in "Faster" and "Fast Five." Now, 2013 is truly the Year of the Rock, with the WWE Champion appearing in no less than five feature films.
We begin this week with the release of "Snitch," in which he plays the greatest dad in the world. Five weeks later, he'll be fighting for freedom in the "G.I. Joe" sequel (March 29), and four weeks after that he'll be robbing from the rich in Michael Bay's "Pain and Gain." (April 26). That's not all — four weeks after that, he'll be feeling that need for speed again with "Fast & Furious 6" (May 24). You'd think he'd take a vacation after all that, but no, he'll also be investigating an armored car heist in "Empire State," which will probably hit theaters this fall.
Let's get the Year started with hotness, shall we?
Ken Jeong is ready to pump some iron — and steal some scenes.
After years of cranking out rock 'em sock 'em "Transformers" blowouts, Michael Bay is finally seizing the chance to rebel.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Aussie comedienne/scene stealer Rebel Wilson is stuck between The Rock and a hard place as she joins Dwayne Johnson and Mark Wahlberg in Bay's bodybuilder crime drama "Pain and Gain."
Wilson apparently landed on Bay's radar (Baydar?) after she became the other plus-size sensation besides Melissa McCarthy to gain some "Bridesmaids" traction as Brynn, the oddball roommate of Kristen Wiig who mistook her diary for "a very sad handwritten book." Get More »
It's obvious that Michael Bay knows what he's doing — more than $2.6 billion in box office from the "Transformers" movies alone is pretty compelling evidence — but for his next film he might want to bring in a new consultant: Tim Gunn.
That's because, according to Variety, Bay is heading back to the runway for his newest acting project, as he's cast Israeli supermodel Bar Paly in his upcoming comedy "Pain and Gain." Talk about making it work. Get More »
Rob Corddry knows a little something about pain. After all, the one-time "Daily Show" correspondent now spends his time (sort of) helping sick (pretend) kids on the Cartoon Network comedy "Childrens Hospital."
But now he's about to experience pain on an entirely different level courtesy of none other than ... Michael Bay?!
