"Mary Tyler Moore, Donald Sutherland and Timothy Hutton gave the most unbelievable performances. They grab you from minute one. Their characters suffer an extraordinary loss and are coping in very ordinary, very flawed ways. What makes it so great though, is that despite this, they each find a path to move forward.
"It's both heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time. Few movies capture a spirit like this, and few movies are as relevant 30 years after they were made as this one, which I think makes it a really great film."
