How 'This is the End' Was Originally Supposed to End

Columbia Pics Columbia Pics

How do you end a comedy movie about the apocalypse? Hilariously, of course, but if Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen had their initial drothers for the end to "This is the End" — you know, back when Daniel Radcliffe was wand-swatting away the then-atrocious script — it would've been an even more heavenly affair.

Obviously, there are spoilers abound here, so look away now if you haven't seen the movie...

Morgan Freeman Falls Asleep During Live TV Interview

Promoting a movie can be hard work. Movie stars find themselves sitting in the same hotel room all day, looking at the same movie posters and being asked the same questions by a bunch of people who have been flown in from all over the world to pester them.

"What was it like working with so-and-so?" "Tell me about your character." "Any funny stories from the set?" "Who is your celebrity crush?" Zzzzzz. In this case, literally. Get More »

'Last Vegas' Trailer: 'The Hangover' with Good (Old) Actors

So what would happen if you took "The Hangover" and replaced Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis and Bradley Cooper with some of the greatest actors of the last half century? Well, as this new clip from Yahoo! Movies shows, you'd have the first trailer for the upcoming comedy "Last Vegas," that's what.

We can't wait to see what blatantly derivative "idea" Hollywood comes up with next.

Not that "Last Vegas" looks bad. Actually, it looks kind of interesting, based solely on the fact that it features Michael Douglas, Morgan Freeman, Robert De Niro and Kevin Kline as a geriatric wolfpack out for one last weekend of crazy times before the old folks home comes to get them. Their excuse for their trip to Vegas? Bachelor party, naturally. Get More »

Trailer: 'Olympus Has Fallen' and Only Gerard Butler Can Get It Up

Hey guys, remember the movie "Air Force One," where terrorists kidnapped the president and he had to kick their asses to show that America is still number one? Well, imagine if that movie had combined with "Die Hard" and been set inside the White House rather than on an airplane, and you've pretty much just seen the entire new trailer for "Olympus Has Fallen."

But hey, at least this one has Morgan Freeman in it. That's got to be worth something, right? Get More »

'The Dark Knight Rises' in Style... And So Can You

Gotham is under attack by the loathsome terrorist Bane (Tom Hardy), but luckily, Batman (Christian Bale) and Catwoman (Anne Hathaway) are there to suit up and punch back. As the last of Christopher Nolan's Batman films, "The Dark Knight Rises" promises to be action-packed and more hard-hitting than ever.

While we appreciate the willingness to limit the use of green screens in certain scenes (which means the use of real gas bombs and explosives), we're also thankful for the fashionable nod to great style. Bale and Hathaway don't just look good in their superhero duds and, let's be honest, that Alfred (Michael Caine) and Fox (Morgan Freeman) are dapper dudes.

Deep Thoughts With Morgan Freeman: The Mashup

When you see Morgan Freeman, maybe you see God. Or the president of the United States. Or Nelson Mandela, or a kindly old convict, chauffeur, boxing trainer or superhero's business manager.
