Will Smith 'Probably' Won't Appear in 'I Am Legend' Sequel
Ahh, what a difference a sequel makes. Earlier this year, the Hollywood rumor mill was buzzing with news that Overbrook Entertainment (the production co. owned by Will Smith) was working on a sequel for the 2007 hit "I Am Legend," which would feature Smith once again as Robert Neville — despite the fact that things hadn’t turned out so well for him at the end of the original.
No, he wasn't coming back from the dead, though we do kinda love when that happens in the movie-verse. Rather, the powers-that-be explained that technical glitch away by saying "I am Legend 2" wouldn't be a direct sequel, but rather a different story told within the same world. Clever. Get More »
Box Office Shakeup: 'Men in Black 3' Dethrones 'The Avengers'
Well, the inevitable finally happened, as a movie managed to knock "The Avengers" out of the top spot at the box office — and that movie was the long-delayed Will Smith blockbuster "Men in Black 3," which earned a so-so $56 million over its opening weekend.
Don't cry too much for "The Avengers," though, because according to Film.com, the Disney/Marvel powerhouse still came in second with an estimated $38 million. That brings its domestic total to an amazing $523.8 million, making it the fastest movie to cross the $500 million mark in Hollywood history.
For a full rundown on the holiday weekend's box office figures, including numbers for the anemic "Battleship" and the new horror film "The Chernobyl Diaries," head to Film.com.
'Men in Black III' Has Some Serious(ly Alien) Style
A cool suit, a killer pair of shades and some sharp shoes are the key touchstones of the agents of "Men in Black III," but that's not the only awesome style being rocked.
Sure, Agent J (Will Smith) and Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones / Josh Brolin) bring it with the business attire, but the ladies — and even the extra-terrestrials! — also know how to keep it cool and sleek while protecting the world. Agent O (Alice Eve) manages to be sexy while completely ladylike and professional, and Lily Poison uses her form-fitting frock and fab sense of accessorizing as a fierce weapon.

GALLERY: Earthlings Converge on 'MiB 3' Premiere
There was nary an alien at the New York City premiere of "Men in Black III" (at least none that we know of — then again, Donald Trump was there, and we've always had a funny feeling about him …). However, Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin and many more human-types were on hand to protect us from the scum of the universe as they walked the red carpet at the Ziegfeld Theater.
Check out our collection of photos from the premiere and rest easy knowing that the "Men in Black" are back on patrol as of May 25.

Will Smith Gets Jiggy With Aliens in 5 'Men In Black III' Clips
Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are back in black and ready to enforce interstellar law with extreme prejudice in "Men in Black III."
Its been 10 years since the last installment, and though we get to see how MIB Agents K and J have settled into their gig protecting the Earth from the scum of the universe, we also get to see where they've been -- as J travels back to the 1960s to stop an alien from tearing the space-time continuum a new one. Josh Brolin costars as a young K, doing a dead-on Tommy Lee Jones impersonation.
