Talk about a long-lasting hangover.

Comedienne Janeane Garofalo became the punch line to the joke that is her own love life this weekend. Apparently, we were duped into thinking the lady was clever or something because of all those fashionable glasses and that sharp tongue of hers, but, as it turns out, she's not so bright after all.

The New York Post reports that Garofalo showed up to the New York Comedy Festival on Saturday (Nov. 10) with big news: She'd just inked her first divorce. If you had no idea she was married, welcome to the club! She didn't either.

Garofalo said she got slammed one night in Las Vegas two decades ago and hit a drive-through wedding chapel — so Britney Spears of her, right? — with her then-boyfriend, writer Robert Cohen.

Evidently, the fact that it was called a wedding chapel wasn't clue enough for the duo to realize what they'd done.

"[We thought] you have to go down to the courthouse and sign papers and stuff, so who knew?" she explained. Even worse, they'd been listed as married on Wikipedia the whole time and had somehow convinced themselves it was a web prank.

Twenty years later, Cohen prepped to get married — for real this time, to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" producer Jill Leiderman — but his lawyer unearthed the little drunken oopsie incident and called upon them to end it.

"We were married for 20 years until this evening," Garofalo explained to the crowd, which honored their other old joint venture "The Ben Stiller Show."

As for whether either of them got any cash out of their extended matrimony, it seems like they did not, but Cohen did take a nimble stab at his surprise ex-wife's movie career by saying, "I'm gonna get all of that 'Reality Bites' money!" Har har.

Hey, they lasted a lot longer than most Hollywood marriages. So, there's that.

Good things come to those who wait ... at least in the case of Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake.

Following a 10-month engagement (and a brief split), the couple of five years tied the knot in southern Italy on Friday, People confirms.

They exchanged vows in a rustic, intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends, such as Biel's former "Seventh Heaven" co-star Beverley Mitchell and Timberlake's "D--k in a Box" partner Andy Samberg. "It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends," the newlyweds mused.

According to an insider, the pair had taken "extra precautions" to keep the location under-wraps, even going so far as to have guests fly into Germany where they were then handed tickets to proceed to Italy. Guests did not know the final destination until they had those hot tickets in-hand. That's some serious planning.

However, even though this was a rather small, private affair (by Hollywood standards at least), the festivities were anything but. Events kicked off Tuesday, Oct. 16, and lasted through the week. Because that's how these two roll.

On Wednesday evening, the couple hosted a casual dinner party on Cala Masciola beach on the Adriatic Sea that included cocktails, music and an impressive 10-minute fireworks display. It's estimated they likely spent an eye-popping $6 million on the weeklong soiree, which makes us wonder if they saved anything for the honeymoon… though something tells us they've got it sorted out.

"Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively has taken secrets to a whole new level, quietly marrying her boyfriend of nearly one year, her "Green Lantern" co-star and mega-hunk Ryan Reynolds, Sunday night at Boone Hall Plantation in Pleasant, South Carolina, People reports.

Hollywood's golden couple traded vows in front of about 70 guests, who were required to check their cell phones at the entrance — which makes sense, considering how hush-hush the whole shindig was in the first place.

According to the New York Daily News, the couple — who recently bought a love nest in the celebrity enclave of Bedford, NY — planned the entire soiree in just one month (a major feat if you ask us) and Lively only asked for the days off from the "Gossip Girl" set three weeks ago.

Everything seems to have come together just fine, however.  The bride walked down the aisle in a Chanel gown and her groom was clad in a Hugo Boss tuxedo. Lively's frequent party companion, jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz made their rings, while a minister from Connecticut oversaw their vows.

During the reception, which took place under a large white tent, guests enjoyed musical performances by Florence Welch (of Florence and the Machine), as well as Bette Midler. The $3,000 wedding cake, created by Maggie Austin Cakes in Maryland, was driven eight hours and across three state lines. That must be some seriously good cake.

This is the first marriage for Lively, and the second for Reynolds, who was married for two years to actress Scarlett Johansson. No word yet on where the couple will honeymoon, but we can't wait to see the pictures. Our sincere congratulations to the happy couple!

UPDATE: We've heard the rumors before, but it looks like it's finally for real: Brangelina's tying the knot. A rep for Brad Pitt  confirmed via press release:  "It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There’s no date set at this time."

It looks like the Kardashians aren't doing anything big this week, because media outlets are once again reporting once again that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are engaged.

The couple have starred together on screen, raised enough kids to start their own little league team, and have captivated fans for the better part of a decade, all without making their union official, so why would things change now?

The pair have claimed in the past that they would wait to get married until it was legal for all couples, both straight and gay, but recent photos of Jolie sporting a substantial rock on her ring finger have led many to believe that she and Pitt are on the road to tying the knot.

Oh, and some fancy blingmonger is also backing up the story.

Robert Procop, CEO of luxury jewelry company Asprey & Garrard, admits that he designed an engagement ring for the leggy star.  In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Procop's rep said, "I can confirm that, yes, Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt."

Procop, who designed the "Style of Jolie" jewelry line in conjunction with the actress, also reports that he assisted Pitt in creating the ring. "Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration," says Procop.

"He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect, so I was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suit Angelina's hand. Brad was always heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design evolution. The side diamonds are specially cut to encircle her finger. Each diamond is of the highest gem quality."

We've heard this all plenty of times before. Maybe, if it is true, they're just trying to get their ducks in a row before doomsday, or perhaps George Clooney has just one-upped himself in the pranksmanship department.

In fact, he so looks the part in "Charade" that we're never sure how Audrey Hepburn fails to see he's not a skier, a rogue or a thief, especially when he changes his name more often than his shirts. It would have been a bigger surprise if he turned out to be an accountant.

His fierce devotion to the young Pita (Dakota Fanning) just proves us right about the saint behind the killer. Call us crazy, but we really lust for a spy who can be as cold-blooded as Creasy for the right cause.

Seeing his strings so viciously pulled by Russell Crowe makes him the one spy we'd eschew a fancy date for. Instead, we'd insist on bringing him home, cooking him soup and wrapping him in a Slanket.

But tough guys can't always dress nice, and the fact that he suffers torture and betrayal for his girlfriend makes up for the wardrobe. The creepy part? He appears to be a clone of his costar, Robert Redford. Makes us wonder what the CIA is really up to ...

Credit: Universal]]> Ethan Hunt is the spy's spy. As an IMF agent, he does the jobs the CIA won't admit to doing, which you know has to be some dark and dangerous stuff. Hunt regularly suffers disavowal, all while loyally climbing skyscrapers, dangling above pressure-sensitive floors, and being implanted with brain bombs. The danger and stress never age him, but seemingly make him hotter with every installment.

Credit: Paramount]]> Gyllenhaal is a wide-eyed puppy of an operative. Out on his first mission, he's forced to supervise the torture of a suspect. Initially, he's a participant -- if you doubt he has grit, just watch the scene where he squeezes the suspect's groin -- but sensitivity and sympathy win out. A man who risks his job to do the right thing? Our kind of spy.

Credit: New Line]]> Farrell is the sexy rookie of our list. An MIT nerd who learned shooting from his Nintendo, he worries his way through CIA training, only to flunk out completely. But flunking the CIA actually gets you into black ops, and so Clayton gets to enjoy sexy times, shoot things and have a showdown with Al Pacino. Through it all, he remains the cute guy you've played HALO with.

Credit: Touchstone]]> If you thought only male spies were sexy, you haven't met Evelyn Salt. She makes butt-kicking look like a Vogue shoot. There's not a moment of international intrigue when Salt doesn't look insanely gorgeous -- post-torture, dressed as a nun, or watching a loved one be killed before her eyes. The rest of our sexy spies seem downright dull in comparison.

He's handsome and charming, and his cover just happens to be a glamorous job that comes with a posh Parisian flat. Unfortunately, he has to be super ambitious and get drawn deeper into black ops, where he's revealed to be a man who doesn't cling to romance. Ideally, he'd love us and leave us alive.

Plame is a woman you'd take out for coffee, only to wake up in some dark cell with no memory of how you got there. Somehow, we don't think you'd regret the capture.

He's so quiet and smooth that we want to join him for some slow-roasted pork and a tequila with lime, knowing full well we may not walk out alive. The only thing that might stop us? That "I'm With Stupid" shirt. But if he shows up in that all-black getup? We're done.

An agent as stunning as Rose Byrne, of course. It's hard to steal attention away from a pack of superheroes (especially if one is Mystique), but MacTaggart's mod miniskirts and knee-high boots do a neat job of it. Who wouldn't give their life up to secrecy if she asked them?
