This week, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner reprise their beloved "Twilight" characters on screen one last time in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2," the final chapter in the young-adult series based on the books by Stephenie Meyer.
When we first caught a glimpse of Mackenzie Foy, back when it was announced that she would be taking on the role of Renesmee in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2," our minds were blown. The little girl looks 100 percent like she could be the spawn of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
Foy, who turns 12 this month, is, quite simply, adorable. And we can't get enough of her.
This works out pretty well for us (and you, too), since we've put together this totally shameless gallery of the best images of her we could pull together.
All together now: Awww...
All of the week's hot casting news in one fell swoop ...
Ewan McGregor is looking to play the bad guy again, following his sleazy turn earlier this year in "Haywire." Deadline reports that the "Trainspotting" star is set to star in "Son of a Gun," an Australia crime thriller that chronicles the complex relationship between a notorious criminal (McGregor) and his young protege. That's not all for McGregor — he'll also be joining Kate Hudson for the showbiz comedy, "Born to Be King," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Penelope Cruz is going to teach us about clothes ... and murder! The "Bandidas" beauty is in talks to star in "Gucci," a drama about the Italian family behind the legendary clothing brand in which she would play Patrizia Reggiani, who was jailed for 29 years for allegedly ordering the 1995 murder of her ex-husband and heir to the family empire, Maurizio Gucci. Having a bit of an anxiety attack because you're not sure if you've seen all of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" photos released thus far?
Well, take a deep breath and grab your mouse. We've packed 'em all — including all the posters — into one nice, neat, lovable gallery just for your peace of mind.
Even though there's trouble in Robstenville off the screen, the 15 new photos from the movie released this week show the couple as loving and happy as ever now that they've welcomed their brand new daughter Renesmee to the world.
We may not be vampires, but we sparkle like that.
It must be Fall! School's finally in session, the weather is getting ever slightly cooler and the offerings at your local movie theater change from big-budget popcorn fare to serious potential award winners.
This autumn the studios have a wide array of noteworthy films to put on your must-see list, from art-house Oscar contenders to teen ensembles and much-anticipated literary and musical adaptations.
We're celebrating the start of Fall with 15 actors who are going to blow audiences away this season. Some have been around for a few years but have yet to break out and others are lucky enough to have their first major roles in buzzworthy movies.
Not everyone can pull of a skimpy catsuit — this gallery isn't that. This one, however, is of people who could totally pull it off but didn't, at least while they were at the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con.
Instead, you'll see Kristen Stewart dressing to match the Comic-Con logo, a breathtaking Michelle Williams, little Mackenzie Foy signing her first autographs and Stan Lee looking like the superhero deity that he is.
It may not be a comic book, but you're still gonna want to flip away through this special Hot People Looking Hot gallery.
When we first met them five years ago, they were anonymous teenagers; today, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are among some of the most recognizable faces in movies. Stewart even made reference to their coming-of-age together, saying to Lautner, "The first time I met you, you were a kid. After 'New Moon,' you weren't a kid anymore." Get More »
Comic-Con President John Rogers kicked things off by expressing his condolences to the family of Gisela G., the fan who was killed earlier this week when she was struck by a car while waiting in line to get into the "Twilight" panel.
Eric Moro of Wikia, who served as the panel's moderator, then introduced Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Stephenie Meyer and little Mackenzie Foy to the stage. Director Bill Condon wasn't able to attend due to being in London for scoring sessions on the film, but he had a pre-recorded greeting that included the announcement that they were about to see the first seven minutes of "Breaking Dawn - Part 2." Kids these days. If they aren't vampire monster babies, they're battling the spirits of evil New England witches. It's enough to make a parent crazy!
Okay, so not every kid is a vampire witch hunter. But at least one is, as Cinema Blend is reporting that Mackenzie Foy, who is best known for playing half-vampire tot Renesmee in the upcoming installment of "The Twilight Saga," has just signed on for the upcoming horror film "The Warren Files."
Whoever said growing up isn't easy didn't even know the half of it. Get More »
Each new movie calendar year brings gleeful anticipation for truly thrilling cinematic surprises, be they for multi-tentacled CGI creatures, massive Michael Bay-splosions, or tear-jerking biopics.
One of the best feelings of all, though, is to come out of a theater beaming at having discovered a new talent that you just know will be around for many more years to come. All these folks have that potential for longevity, but they're starting things off with a clean slate as they attempt to win us over with breakout performances in some of Hollywood's biggest films.
