The "porn star name game" is a time-honored tradition in America.

It's a game pretty much anyone can play, depending on the rules — we employ the First Name: First Pet, Last Name: Street You Grew Up On method (our apologies to those with allergies, maybe you had a goldfish?). And the results are, without fail, hilarious.

We asked 100 of our favorite movie stars in Hollywood — including Emma Watson, Keira Knightley, Megan Fox, Ryan Gosling, Paul Rudd, Anne Hathaway, Matt Damon, Katie Holmes, Jon Hamm, Emma Stone and Neil Patrick Harris — for their porn star names. First Tarzan, Now Kellan Lutz Is Hercules, Too

If you had asked us just a few short months ago which member of "The Twilight Saga" cast would be most likely to spend an entire movie with his shirt off, we would have answered Taylor Lautner in a heartbeat. It's pretty much what his career's been based on.

But according to The Hollywood Reporter, Kellan Lutz has defied the odds, as the erstwhile Emmett Cullen has just signed on to play the lead role in Renny Harlin's upcoming fantasy epic "Hercules."

Lutz is no stranger to baring his finely honed torso; besides his role as Poseidon in 2011's "Immortals," he's also currently filming a modernized version of "Tarzan," which presumably won't be so modern it includes a shirt.

But with a reported budget of $70 million and a boatload of CGI 3-D excitement in the works, "Herclues" looks to be a great opportunity to prove that he's more than just a pretty chest.

"It takes more than a good physique to portray the most legendary, mythological personality in history — and Kellan has exactly that, personality," Harlin said. "He's not afraid to explore the strengths and vulnerabilities of the character, and he impressed me with his passion and heart."

"Kellan has the look and charisma that Harlin envisioned for the character," executive producer Boaz Davidson added. "Renny had him in mind from the start and we are really excited to have him on board."

There are still some challenges for Lutz and his production of "Hercules," namely the fact that established superstar Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is already working on his own Hercules movie. It's possible both films could co-exist, though, as Lutz's version will be more of a love story, focusing on the half-god's romance with a mortal princess.

And hey, if the box office turns out to be too crowded for both films, maybe Lutz and Johnson could just wrestle for it.

Changing appearances for the sake of entertainment is nothing new in Hollywood; it's all part of the gig. But when professional heartthrob Ryan Gosling tweaks his look, disgruntled fans are going to have something to say about it.

In "The Place Beyond the Pines," Gosling sports a bleach-blond 'do for his role as a motorcycle racer-turned-bank robber. As photos started surfacing during the film's production, people were wondering what the heck was going on with his hair. Serious drama.

But since Gosling isn't the first to drastically dye his hair for a film, we rounded up a few other male counterparts who didn't necessarily pull off going blond, to make him (and everyone else) feel a little better about it.

Javier Bardem, 'Skyfall'

Lucky for Bardem, the character of Raoul Silva in the 007 flick was just as eerie as his haircut and color. Some called it "deliciously wicked," while others compared him to characters like Stuart Smalley on SNL. The only real travesty about Bardem's golden locks in "Skyfall," though, was that he was snubbed from getting a golden trophy for his performance as one of the creepiest villains ever.
Better or Worse Blond: If we had to choose between his hair in this film or "No Country For Old Men," Silva wins by a skyfall … er, landslide.

Nicolas Cage, 'Drive Angry'

In "Drive Angry," Cage escapes from Hell to vindicate his daughter's murder and find his kidnapped granddaughter. Maybe because he came from Hell, there was a need to make him look like it, too, because when Cage showed up to WonderCon back in 2010 with fried, shoulder-length blond hair, the masses were asking, "WTF?" Internet polls on his new look surfaced soon after, but the Washington Post nailed it when they suggested the "hair-do was no 'National Treasure.'"
Better or Worse Blond: Uh, worse.

Wesley Snipes, 'Demolition Man'

Wesley Snipes may have played the ultra-violent Simon Phoenix in "Demolition Man," but he gave some people a hearty laugh thanks to his unfortunate coiffe in the film. Named one of the "worst celebrity blond hair moments" ever, one critic couldn't get in enough ROTFLs when talking about Snipes' "Demolition" hair.

Bradley Cooper, 'Hit & Run'

Obviously, Cooper's bleached dreadlocks in "Hit & Run" weren't taken into consideration when he was voted "Sexiest Man Alive." Playing a bank robber with terrible style (yellow-tinted sunglasses included), one has to wonder what's up with giving the bad guys a crappy blond look. Chalking it up to a casting choice by Dax Shepherd, one website said he had "a lot to answer for" after making Cooper so "unrecognizable."
Better or Worse Blond: Way, way worse.

Jared Leto, 'Fight Club'

Everything about "Fight Club" is so badass that even when Jared Leto appeared as Angel Face with his platinum hair and eyebrows, it wasn't as much of a shock as it was with those who've done it before him. While no one seemed to mind the change in hair or brow color — especially since he tends to be a chameleon on-screen and on-stage — it really didn't matter since his face was bashed in so hard during one fight scene that anything else was barely noticeable.
Better or Worse Blond: Factoring in the broken nose and non-existent eyebrows, worse.

Robert Downey Jr. & Jack Black, 'Tropic Thunder'

Downey Jr. had a lot more going on in "Tropic Thunder" than just switching up his hair color. After starting off as a blond white guy, his character completely changed skin color in order to score the black male lead in a Vietnam War film. Debatable which way he looked better, but Downey Jr. may have been trumped by Jack Black's platinum spiked 'do. Maybe Black should've kept his hair blond long past the film's wrap, because his makeover had him being compared to the likes of David Beckham and Brad Pitt.
Better or Worse Blond: Downey — meh. Black — if it makes him look like Beckham or Pitt, then better.

Matt Damon, 'Invictus'

In "Invictus," Damon plays the captain of a South African Rugby team that he leads to victory. He bulked up and dyed his hair for the role, but apparently his hair wasn't up to par with what "Rugby Hair" should be, and there's even a site dedicated to just that. Questioning whether Damon perfected the right hair for the part, RugbyHair.com criticized him for not getting the "post match brushed-forward, tuft-on-top, blond hair with natural dark roots" look at all.
Better or Worse Blond: Worse, only because the experts over at Rugby Hair say he did it all wrong.

Peter Facinelli, 'Twilight'

If it's one thing that stood out from the pale skin and awkward eye color in the "Twilight" films, it was the shock of all that plus the color of Peter Facinelli's hair. During an interview, he admitted he'd never gone that blond for a role, saying, "When I was blond ... a lot of the guys wanted to kick my ass. You look like a pansy, and you could tell I was in the salon for six hours."
Better or Worse Blond: So much worse. Avoid the ass-kicking, Fac, and never do it again.

Kellan Lutz, 'Syrup'

Long gone is the pale, dark vampire Emmett Cullen. For his upcoming role in "Syrup," a drama about a marketing grad who comes up with a million-dollar concept, Lutz switched gears and hit the other end of the color spectrum. Taking it to back in the day, he drew comparisons to Justin Timberlake's *NSync moments of frosty tipped curls, even getting called a "hot mess" after stepping out with a blond 'fro.
Better or Worse Blond: He looks good blond, but the curls have to go.

Guy Pearce, 'Memento'

It may seem unfair to focus on hair in "Memento" when there are so many brilliant other things about the Christopher Nolan thriller, but regardless of what Pearce looked like, the film was a success. 92% rating on Rotten Tomatoes? Check. Oscar noms? Check. Guy Pearce giving an awesome performance, regardless of bad hair? Check.

Tom Felton, 'Harry Potter'

It's almost hard to imagine what Tom Felton, aka Draco Malfoy, looks like outside of his glorious platinum evilness. Having played Potter's bully for close to ten years, Felton was pretty much locked to bleached blondness for a long, long time. He even said that he'd been dying his hair for so long, he "couldn't remember" its natural color. Consensus rules: one poll voted him 68 percent better as a blond.
Better or Worse Blond: We're used to it, and agree with the masses. Better.

Ryan Reynolds, 'Paper Man'

The other Canadian Ryan bleached his hair long before Gosling had to. Prior to his days as the Green Lantern, Reynolds played an imaginary superhero with an interesting getup in "Paper Man." And just like Gosling, he can also claim Emma Stone as a co-star ... she, too, had a role in the forgotten film. While no one knows what happened to "Paper Man" after it played the festival circuit, Slash Film seemed to find Reynolds "goofy," but "super-charming as the bleach-blond and spandex-clad superhero."

Josh Hutcherson, 'The Hunger Games'

Peeta's blondness wasn't going to change just because a dark-haired actor was cast in the book-to-movie role. So when Josh Hutcherson stepped out with his hair all light and whatnot, no one was quite sure how to feel about the fake-looking dye job. Acceptable or not, Hutcherson bleached it all over again for the next film in the "Hunger Games" series, "Catching Fire."
Better or Worse Blond: Call it a draw.

Chris Hemsworth, 'Thor'

The Australian Hemsworth is already fair-haired, so there weren't many complaints about the long bleached locks he sported to play the Marvel Comics superhero. In fact, he — and many others — liked it enough that Hemsworth did it again for both "The Avengers" and the upcoming "Thor: The Dark World."
Better or Worse Blond: Hemsworth looks good regardless. Biased? Maybe.

Brad Pitt, 'Troy'

The real battle may be between the two blond muscle men of "Troy" and "Thor"; Pitt's Achilles could easily give the mighty Asgard warrior a run for his money. Even though he didn't stray too far from his usual golden-boy good looks, Pitt didn't win over everyone with his "Troy" makeover. In a Guardian poll, Pitt's bleached hair was considered less than godly and voted lowest on the list of his "Best Cuts."
Better or Worse Blond: Super spray tan + platinum hair = too much to handle. Worse.

Kellan Lutz Is Not-So-Secret Agent Hashtag

The Internet has many dangers, not the least of which is it could completely render the "secret" part of being a secret agent null and void.

Kellan Lutz attempts to channel Channing Tatum by trying his hand at comedy as Agent Hashtag, the world's deadliest covert operative whose dangerous addiction to social media kind of removes that whole "covert" part.

Agent Hashtag likes to post pics from his various secret missions on his blog, sign into dangerous locales on FourSquare and pick up beautiful Hashtag Girls by using Twitter terms as sexual metaphors. He eventually meets his match in a supervillain who hates the Internet because he invented Google Plus and no one liked it (hey, it's as good a reason for turning bad as any).

PETA Pissed at 'Twilight' Over 'Breaking Dawn' Party Wolves

So much for PETA's long-time love affair with "Twilight."

The organization, which gave Catherine Hardwicke's first installment of the series its 2008 Libby Award for being the most animal-friendly movie of the year, has now declared war on Summit Entertainment for having three caged wolves featured as live entertainment during its "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" world premiere after party on Monday, Nov. 12.

A rep for PETA howled about the matter in a statement to The Wrap, saying "Didn't it dawn on the 'Twilight' event organizers that real wolves do not belong at a party with blaring music and flashing lights?"

It didn't help matters, according to spokesperson, that the company hired to provide the animals for said occasion was Hollywood Animals, which PETA avers is "a notorious exhibitor that has been cited for numerous violations of the Animal Welfare Act for repeatedly failing to provide the animals it exploits with basic veterinary care, proper shelter, food, and water."

Christian Camargo, who portrays one of the Alaskan vamps in the flick, shared this Twitter shot of one of the wolves in the spotlight.

Perhaps in order to avoid jeopardizing the advocacy relationships PETA has with "Twilight Saga" cast members Christian Serratos and Kellan Lutz - both of whom attended Monday's black carpet festivities - the rep concluded peaceably, "We hope the rest of the promotional events surrounding 'Breaking Dawn' celebrates the brilliant work of the cast and crew and shows enough respect for wildlife to leave animals out of it."

Well, if that's not a threat ... Any any rate, this isn't the first time real-life wolves have come into play with "Twilight" events across the globe; in 2010, Entertainment One had an actual wolf premiere for "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" on DVD in the U.K., and later that same year, a group of wolves on leashes took to the streets to escort the first precious batch of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" DVDs to local London stores.

Perhaps the only media types who enjoy speculation more than entertainment writers are sports journalists. They're constantly trying to out-predict their colleagues on which team will win the World Series, where Dwight Howard will be traded, which rookies will become all-stars, etc.

A popular format to grade teams and players on where they are and where they are headed is the Power Rankings. Grantland borrowed this device to recap "Mad Men" episodes, positioning the characters each week in order of how well they handled themselves in the episode.

I'm going to borrow the concept from Grantland and apply it the young stars of "The Twilight Saga." We're still months away from the final installment, "Breaking Dawn – Part 2," but we already have a sense of where the actors stand and what their careers should look like when they move on from vampires.

Below I've ranked eight celebrities who owe their stardom to 2008's "Twilight" by how powerful they currently sit in Hollywood. I omitted the older actors since we already have a good sense of what their legacy will be. I've also provided a "Floor" and "Ceiling" for each name as a comparison to the careers theirs may resemble if they miss their potential or reach it.

1. Kristen Stewart

Ceiling: Nicole Kidman

Until recently, you could have argued that Robert Pattinson should be in the top spot, but his girlfriend has proven she can carry a blockbuster ("Snow White and the Huntsman") on her own while his projects ("Bel Ami" and "Cosmopolis") have floundered. K.Stew's critics claim she's just a pretty face with limited acting range, but she does take bold roles. Many had the same criticisms early in Kidman's career, but she was daring with her roles and now has a Best Actress Oscar as well as two more nominations.

2. Robert Pattinson

Floor: Christian Slater
Ceiling: Johnny Depp

My younger readers may balk at a Christian Slater comparison, but in the early '90s his poster hung on young girls' walls – right next to Kurt Cobain and Luke Perry. Slater never broke out of his teen heartthrob stage as Johnny Depp did after "21 Jump Street." Pattinson should keep looking for unique roles as Depp has and not settle for easy schlock as Slater did.

3. Anna Kendrick

Floor: Helen Hunt
Ceiling: Straight Jodie Foster with comedy chops

AK-47 has taken her relatively small role in the "Twilight" franchise and spun it into the Power Ranking's third spot. After an Academy Award-worthy performance in "Up in the Air," Kendrick has become the go-to cute girl-next-door type with serious acting chops. Like Helen Hunt, she's proven her worth in both drama and comedy. While Hunt has fallen off the earth, it's easy to imagine Kendrick having a long career like Jodie Foster, albeit she's a more affable version.

4. Taylor Lautner

Floor: Richard Grieco
Ceiling: Mario Lopez

Lautner got his opportunity to star in his own action movie, just like former teen star Richard Grieco did in "If Looks Could Kill." "Abduction" did about as well as Grieco's movie, which the world has since forgotten about ever existing. Lautner's fate may be similar unless he admits to himself that he's not a great actor and his strength is being the likable guy with dimples and an uncertain ethnic background. Mario Lopez has turned that into a career, after all.

5. Kellan Lutz

Floor: Ian Ziering
Ceiling: Brotastic Mickey Rourke

I'm going to be honest. I don't know if Kellan Lutz can act his way out of a paper bag or not. He hasn't taken roles that push him too far emotionally. That may be smart, waiting until he sharpens his acting chops before taking any chances. Once he does, he may just turn into a beefy Mickey Rourke without the bad plastic surgery. Or he may follow in the forgotten steps of Ian Ziering, the fourth banana jock from "Beverly Hills 90210."

6. Ashley Greene

Summit

Floor: Jennifer Beals
Ceiling: Demi Moore

I place Greene below Lutz in Power Rankings because she doesn't have many interesting project lined up for her post-"Twilight" career. Greene seemed to have more heat a year ago, but I'm starting to think producers are realizing there may not be much to her. She's another pretty face who can act, but her emotional well may be shallow.

7. Nikki Reed

Floor: Ally Sheedy
Ceiling: Michelle Rodriguez

Nikki Reed had boundless potential in 2003, when she co-wrote and starred in Catharine Hardwicke's disturbingly familiar indie, "Thirteen." However, she hasn't done much with it besides becoming "that bitchy Cullen girl." I compare her to Ally Sheedy, as she was one of the most interesting young stars of the Brat Pack and then faded away. The projects she has lined up seem like action-dramas that the likes of Michelle Rodriguez would take. I can see her making a solid career as a tough-girl like Rodriguez.

8. Jackson Rathbone

Floor: New Kids on the Block member you don't remember
Ceiling: Brad Pitt

Rathbone is the biggest enigma of the cast. In person, he's arguably the most charismatic of them all. You'd think that would translate into more screen time on more projects. Maybe he hasn't been given any memorable roles outside of "Twilight" because he's busy with his band, 100 Monkeys? If he dedicates himself to acting over anything else, I could see him eclipsing everyone else on this list.

Kellan Lutz and Camilla Belle Ask 'Love Is All You Need?'

Not to be confused with "Can a Song Save Your Life?," of course.

Kellan Lutz and Camilla Belle aren't afraid to ask the tough existential questions as they've signed on for the romantic indie drama, "Love Is All You Need?," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The film is set in an alternate reality where homosexuality is the norm. Belle will play a star quarterback (no, that's not a typo) whose budding romance with a journalist (Lutz) leads to the couple being bullied.

This seems like a pretty bold experiment, something that Julie Taymor or Sofia Coppola might tackle — and we like the sound of it. "Love Is All You Need?" is being co-written and directed by Kim Rocco Shields, who also called the shots on the short film on which it's based.

Kellan Lutz seems to be setting the groundwork for a pretty interesting post-"Twilight" career. Besides "Love," he's recently signed on to play the title role in a new version of "Tarzan" and has also joined the cast of "Kid Cannabis." He's also got "Syrup" and "Java Heat" currently in post-production, though he'll next be seen playing Emmett Cullen for the last time in "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," opening Nov. 16.

Camilla Belle is currently in post-production on "Open Road," co-starring Juliette Lewis and Andy Garcia, and is shooting both "Bumped," co-starring Katie Cassidy, and "I Brake For Gringos," co-starring Sara Paxton.

Production on "Love Is All You Need?" will commence sometime this fall.

Kenny Wormald Is 'Kid Cannabis'

Look, up in the sky! It's a bird! it's a plane! It's... "Kid Cannabis?"

Okay, so despite the title, the upcoming indie "Kid Cannabis" is not actually about Bluntman and Chronic's new sidekick. But as disappointing as that is, there is good news: According to Deadline, "Footloose's" Kenny Wormald has just signed on to co-star in it.

Did we just give you a natural high?

Here's the deal on "Kid Cannabis:" Based on a 2005 Rolling Stone article, the film details the true(ish) story of a couple of bored Idaho suburbanites who decide to spice up their lives by running dope across the Canadian border.

Wormald, who got his big break in last year's well-received remake of "Footloose," will be joined by co-star Jonathan Daniel Brown, who recently hit it big himself thanks to "Project X." Plus, since vampire hotties Kellan Lutz ("The Twilight Saga") and Nina Dobrev ("The Vampire Diaries") are also reportedly on board, this is one film that's truly aiming high.

And yeah, we have a million more bad marijuana puns to use on this one, so don't worry: As soon as we hear more about "Kid Cannabis," we'll be bringing you the straight dope.

First Official Look at 'Twilight' Superbaby Renesmee

That's right: She has (officially) arrived. With "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 2" just a sliver over five months from its release date on November 16, Summit has released the first look at the young Mackenzie Foy as Renesmee, the vampire hybrid love child of Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson).

Too bad she's hiding behind Mommy, making it almost impossible to actually see her. Sigh.

But the gray-toned family portrait does reveal some interesting details, nonetheless. Like, Renesmee is almost up to Bella's shoulder—which seems a tad taller than your average newborn. She's also rocking some sassy boots, which we're totally into.

Overall, this family portrait, posted on Entertainment Weekly's Facebook page, has a definitely edgy vibe, what with Bella's leather jacket and Edward's military (inspired) coat and all. The proud parents also look rather serious if you ask us. It's like, hey—you had a baby—smile a little! But overall, it's still a powerful shot, and we're pretty sure movie-goers will flock to theaters come opening day to see what that stylishly dressed, freakishly tall vampire baby actually looks like.

The "Twilight" gang has stayed plenty busy since launching straight into the cultural zeitgeist four years ago, and some of the franchise actors have had much more luck than others when it comes to scoring impressive and interesting roles.

One nabbed an Oscar nom, two had films in competition at Cannes this year, and another headlines an exciting new J.J. Abrams series this fall. Others have endured critical and box office flops, straight-to-DVD blunders and yes, even a Razzie "win."

Until this weekend, though, none have stretched their legs into new series territory -- but Kristen Stewart really puts her box-office muster to the test as she moves from the damp world of Forks into the clutches of Ravenna's evil queen-dom for "Snow White and the Huntsman." In celebration of her second franchise bid, we take a look at what all of the "Twilight" kids have been up to since first making their mark on modern pop culture not too long ago.

Kellan Lutz and Nina Dobrev Get High For 'Kid Cannabis'

We've got the 420 — er, the 411 — on a groovy new movie.

Kellan Lutz of the "Twilight" saga and Nina Dobrev of "The Vampire Diaries" are set to trade drinking blood for smoking (and selling) weed as they sign on for "Kid Cannabis," according to Heat Vision.

"Kid Cannabis" is based on a 2005 Rolling Stone article that chronicled the exploits of suburban Idaho teens who built a multimillion-dollar marijuana empire. The film is set to star Jonathan Daniel Brown ("Project X") as a depressed 18-year-old who assembles his friends to smuggle drugs across the Canadian border, an endeavor that makes them rich ... and puts them in a situation that's way over their heads.

News of Lutz's casting comes hot on the heels of word that he'll also be playing the title role in a new version of "Tarzan" being set up at Constantin Films. He's also set to play Emmett Cullen one final time in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2," opening Nov. 16.

Meanwhile, Nina Dobrev is starting to branch out beyond the realm of "The Vampire Diaries" with a supporting turn opposite Emma Watson in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," opening Sept. 21. She also recently appeared in one of last year's top guilty pleasures, "The Roommate," which brought the terrors of "Single White Female" to a collegiate level.

"Kid Cannabis" is set to be directed by John Stockwell, who knows a thing or two about stories featuring young people in trouble after calling the shots on "Into the Blue" and "Turistas." Production will commence in Canada in July.

Kellan Lutz Will Beat His Chest as 'Tarzan'

Kellan Lutz: From the Lord of the Sea to the King of the Jungle.

The "Immortals" star will soon be swinging from a vine as he's signed on to play the title role in a new version of "Tarzan," according to Deadline.

This new take on the classic adventure character will be directed by Reinhard Klooss ("Animals United") from a script by Jessica Postigo (who will be adapting the upcoming "The Mortal Instruments") and Yoni Brenner ("Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs"). "Tarzan" will also follow in the footsteps of Disney's recent take on "A Christmas Carol" as a fully animated CGI feature that utilizes motion capture performance.

So, sorry, ladies — that bare chest is going to look a little cartoonish.

The project is being set up at Constantin Films, which is currently at least one step ahead of Warner Bros., which has also been looking to do a "Tarzan" movie. Both studios don't seem to mind that the character comes from the creative mind of Edgar Rice Burroughs, whose other pulp hero, "John Carter," just proved to be a flop for Disney (which released a more classically animated version of "Tarzan" in 1999).

Kellan Lutz is, of course, the perfect choice to play the athletic, ever-hollering jungle man. Lutz recently went shirtless and god-like as Poseidon in "Immortals" and tried (and failed) to stay awake in the "Nightmare on Elm Street" reboot. And he'll be playing Emmett Cullen one final time in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2," opening Nov. 16.

No start date has been announced for "Tarzan" yet, but Spencer Locke ("Detention") is in talks to play the role of Jane. It's going to get hot in that jungle!

According to Zeus (or at least the version played by Liam Neeson), godhood is a bit of a bummer. You have to be responsible for all creation, immortality is depressing, and being worshipped is exhausting. Apparently, all gods really want is to be human.

Well, we’re not buying it. Nowhere in "Wrath of the Titans" do any gods offer to give up eternal youth, superpowers, the sprawling temple in the clouds or their unworldly good looks. Instead, they seem riddled with insecurity, determined to strike down any man, woman, or child who is too good looking. (Don’t have a good hair day around the gods. You might find yourself sacrificed to a Kraken.)

We’ll spend our weekend worshipping at "Wrath of the Titans," and the rest of our days admiring these 12 gorgeous immortals. Devotion has never been so easy.

Meeting 'The Hunger Games' Stars Made My Month

March was all about one thing and one thing only for me: "The Hunger Games." Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth headed to New York for some promotional appearances and I had never been more ready. They were all over New York City, from morning shows to late night talk shows, with a premiere and a book signing in between.

And it didn't work out too badly for me. I spent 20 straight hours chasing them around and managed to snap photos with Liam Hemsworth, Isabelle Fuhrman and Stanley Tucci. Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson were the most in-demand – and therefore the most difficult to meet – but I've got my eye on them for next time.

Aside from the cast itself, I managed to meet a few other celebs at "The Hunger Games" premiere, and was lucky enough to spend St. Patrick's Day with Kellan Lutz. Not too shabby, right?

The week 'The Hunger Games' was released was extremely busy for fangirls like me, and I started off in a big way with none other than Gale Hawthrone himself! Making an appearance on "Good Morning America," Liam showed up extra early just to greet waiting fans such as myself in Times Square. For those of you who are wondering: Liam is even dreamier in person than he is on film.

I hit up the top secret "The Hunger Games" premiere in New York in hopes of meeting more cast members – and succeeded! Fuhrman, who plays Clove in the film, was one of the first guests to arrive and was more than happy to stop for a picture with me on her way in. If you've seen the movie, you'll understand why I was especially thankful Isabelle didn't have any knives on her.

Last but certainly not least in my "The Hunger Games" cast collection was the legendary Stanley Tucci. I've seen Stanley at events around the city before but he's not usually one to stop for pictures. This time, however, he made an exception for my friend and I after complimenting me on my Mockingjay pin. I guess Katniss was right, nothing bad will happen to you while you're wearing it.

There were a handful of celebrity guests at "The Hunger Games" premiere here in New York but the "Avatar" star was one of the few to greet fans before the film. She had already been inside the theater but came out quick to meet a friend and was thrilled that we had recognized her and asked for pictures.

On St. Patrick's Day, the erstwhile Emmett Cullen made an appearance at the Bloomingdale's in Roosevelt Field Mall to meet fans and talk about his clothing line Abbot + Main. Since we're pretty much BFFs at this point (yes, that's an exaggeration) it was a no-brainer that my friends and I would make the trek to support him on his latest endeavor. I was one of the last fans in line but the wait was totally worth it. Kellan gave me a big hug and we joked about how it had been "too long" since we had last seen each other (read: last month).

Q.T. With Kellan Lutz Makes for a Nice Start to Fashion Week

Fashion Week is upon us here in New York.

Last night, the amFAR Gala at Cipriani Wall Street served as a Fashion Week kick-off as well as a fundraiser. And, as you might have guessed, there was no shortage of VIP guests in attendance.

Arrivals were a little chaotic once tourists and Wall Street suits just out of work realized what was going on, but observing was still a treat. Among the guests I witnessed arrive were host Sarah Jessica Parker, Stanley Tucci, Alan Cumming, Elizabeth Hurley, Cheyenne Jackson, Jennifer Hudson and the legendary Woody Allen.

While watching each arrival in fancy town cars, I spotted a familiar face in a dapper tuxedo walking up the street – it was Kellan Lutz! I had seen the "Twilight" star just 24 hours earlier when he left a taping of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," but so many people had been waiting for him that it was a mob scene when he left. He even tweeted about how crazy it was!

When Kellan saw me waiting he came over and gave me a big hug. Not to brag, but, at this point, I've met him so many times (and he's such a friendly guy), we're sort of on a first name basis.

"I saw you last night at NBC but it was so crazy," I told him.

"I know, I know! That was madness!" Kellan agreed enthusiastically.

I asked for a picture and of course he obliged, but the camera wouldn't go off because of all the photographer flashes behind us. Instead of leaving me behind to get inside the event, Kellan gave me another tight hug while my friend pulled out a second camera so we could give the picture one last try. (See, I told you he was a friendly guy).

Once arrivals were finished, I took a walk to get a quick bite to eat and warm up for a bit. Thankfully, I made it back just in time for departures, and Rose Byrne was the first guest to leave. While she waited for her car she posed for a picture in a suit jacket lent to her by her date.

Leighton Meester was next and, not only did she take a picture, she shared a potential "Gossip Girl" spoiler, "Well, there's always divorce!"

As if the night wasn't already a success, supermodel extraordinaire Cindy Crawford walked out looking just as incredible as she did 20 years ago. While other guests, including Lindsay Lohan, filled the sidewalk waiting for their cars and chatting with others, I spotted Gloria Estefan leaving. Not only did she stop for a picture with me, but when her security guard told her she couldn’t do any more she kept going until everyone outside had gotten one as well. Class act!

I think it’s safe to say this Fashion Week is off to a pretty good start!

What 2012 Has in Store for 'The Twilight Saga' Cast

I'm over a week late, but Happy New Year, Twi-hards. I hope you all had a great time covering yourselves in glitter and playing pin-the-tail on the R.Pattz, or whatever it is you choose to do on New Year's Eve.

Last year during this time, I urged you to make the resolution to watch more "Twilight" because "Eclipse" was only No. 4 in the 2010 box office numbers. Sadly, you didn't listen to me. "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" came in fifth in 2011, behind even "Kung Fu Panda 2." C'mon, people! That's just sad. Resolve right now to make "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" top the 2012 box office numbers, like the last installment of "Harry Potter" did this year. We can't lose to those Pot-heads ... again.

Enough with the browbeating, it's time to look ahead at an exciting year for "The Twilight Saga" cast. Not only will they be completing the best movie franchise of all time, but they'll be flying out on their own with new, more adult projects. Here's a look into their future.

Kristen Stewart

2012 is shaping up to be KStew's biggest year yet. In addition to saying goodbye to the character that made her a superstar, she is starring in the summer fantasy blockbuster "Snow White and the Huntsman." Also featuring Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen and Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman, the story is a darker twist on the classic fairy tale in which Snow White seems more like Joan of Arc than a fair maiden. Let's just hope it's better than last year's "Red Riding Hood." It couldn't be worse.

On the other side of the movie spectrum, Stewart is also appearing in the relatively shoestring budgeted "On the Road." I know I wrote about this film in last year's preview, but it actually seems like it's coming this year. Principal photography wrapped in 2010, so they've been in post over a year. Here's hoping the Jack Kerouac classic will finally see the silver screen in 2012.

Robert Pattinson

R.Pattz showed up at 2011's Comic-Con with f---ed up hair and caused hundreds of Twi-hard teens to experience minor heart palpitations. "Has our only reason for living gone crazy?" they wondered. Their worries eased when they found out it's only a haircut for his character in this year's "Cosmopolis," a film based on prolific writer Don DeLillo's 13th novel. It's being directed by dark genius David Cronenberg ("A History of Violence," "Eastern Promises"), so Pattinson may finally have a shot at winning critics over with his serious side.

In March, we'll finally get to see the long-promised movie "Bel Ami." From the trailer, it seems like a Victorian period piece oin which Pattinson gets to make love to Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas. I can't wait.

Taylor Lautner

After the bomb known as "Abduction" dropped and sent Lautner's camp scurrying for the bunkers, he and his team seem to be keeping things on the DL this year. Other than "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," Lautner doesn't have any movies coming out in 2012. However, looking further on the horizon, he is planning a comeback in 2013 with the fantasy film "Incarceron," alongside actress Kavinda Dissanayake. Lautner is also rumored to star alongside Dwayne Johnson in the action film "Goliath" next year. Do you think he'll play The Rock's son?

Peter Facinelli

The veteran actor and Cullen father is making his big screenwriting debut with "Loosies," opening this week. Facinelli also stars in the independent movie about a New York pickpocket who has a run of bad luck, including a former one-night stand (Jamie Alexander) telling him she's pregnant and a cop (Michael Madsen) having a vendetta against him. Look for Facinelli also to revive my all-time favorite character of his, Dr. Cooper, in season 4 of Showtime's dark sitcom "Nurse Jackie" this year.

Jackson Rathbone

Like his character Jasper Hale, Rathbone's projects outside of "Twilight" are an enigma. "Zombie Hamlet" and "DaZ: Vol. Too – NonSeNse" are supposed to be released this year, but they were also supposed to be released last year. The indie "Live at the Foxes Den" looks promising, but there isn't much information available. Finally, "Cowgirls n' Angels," in which Jackson plays a rodeo rider (but not a cowgirl), looks closest to completion.

Ashley Greene

Lesbian kiss! That is what Greene will be known for in 2012: her Lesbian Kiss Scene with Christina Ricci in the ABC's "Pan Am." Unfortunately, the show may be cancelled soon owing to low ratings, but it'll be infamous for that. Greene also appears in the movies "LOL," "Butter" and "The Apparition," but I'm sure we'll forget about those the way we did "Skateland" and "A Warrior's Heart."

The big man is going funny this year in two comedies, "Syrup" and "Bumped," which got "bumped" from 2011 to 2012. Lutz is also doing the voice of anime hero Carson Stone in "Guardians of Luna." If all works out, there'll be a TV series by the same name.

Dakota Fanning

2011 was sleepy for Dakota, but she's overcompensating for that in 2012. Sometime this summer, we'll see her playing a girl who wants to lose her virginity before dying of leukemia in "Now Is Good." She's starring in the bound-for-indie darling "The Motel Life," alongside Emile Hirsch and Stephen Dorff, and plays the teenage bride of Victorian art critic John Ruskin in the Emma Thompson-penned movie "Effie." I'm most excited to read that Dakota is attached to "Furious Angel," which sounds like the sequel to "The Professional," but that's not likely to happen until 2013.

Anna Kendrick

Kendrick seems to have gone insane with the number of movies she's completed for 2012: "Pitch Perfect," "End of Watch," "What to Expect When You're Expecting," "Rapturepalooza," "ParaNorman," "The Company You Keep" and "Breaking Dawn - Part 2." We're either seriously going to love her this year or get really tired of her. I'm betting on the former.

Nikki Reed

Outside of "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," Reed only has one movie slated for release in 2012, "Downer's Grove," but it has potential. It's a high school thriller written by famous edgy novelist Bret Easton Ellis ("American Psycho") that costars Hayden Panettiere and Lucy Hale. I feel like "Downer's Grove" may rewrite the teen thriller genre or bomb horribly, but nothing in between.

Kellan Lutz Displays 'A Warrior's Heart' ... and a Warrior's Pecs

Now here's a new trailer "Twilight" fans are probably going to feel kind of conflicted about. On the one hand, it features not one, but two members of the Cullen clan, namely Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene, better known as adoptive siblings Emmett and Alice Cullen. On the other hand, in the new trailer for "A Warrior's heart," they totally get it on.

Yay? Or ewwwww?

Personally, we're leaning a little bit towards the yay camp, just because we're so pleased to see these two together again in any capacity. Plus, "Warrior's Heart" has a couple other things going for it, namely a dramatic look at the cutthroat world of high school lacrosse, something which often necessitates that both Lutz and co-star Chord Overstreet are shirtless.

Add in some major angst involving the Iraq war and the appearance of a wise Native American lacrosse/life mentor played by Golden Globe nominee Adam Beach ("Flags of Our Fathers") and we think we can overlook a little bit of intra-Cullen hanky panky.

But, what people don't often realize is that some of those fans are among the luckiest people ever -- they've actually met their heroes and have the photos to prove it.

And, from the looks of it, some of them even became pals with the likes of Robert Pattinson, Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene. We asked our readers to submit their pics with the Twi-stars, along with their stories of how they met and what they were like, and the responses were nothing short of awesome, sweet and downright funny.

Q&A: 'Twilight' Star Kellan Lutz Defends His Boobs

It's not that we're sick of hearing about the big "Twilight" three. As long as K.Stew keeps biting her lip, R.Pattz touches his hair and T.Laut unleashes his abs on the world, we'll be watching. But -- despite the near-constant feed of Twi-triangle news coverage -- they're only one part of "Twilight"'s appeal.

What would the Cullen family be without Alice's whimsy, Carlisle's wisdom and Esme's warmth? And what would "The Twilight Saga" be without the charm and cheer of Kellan Lutz, a.k.a. Edward's roughhousing brother Emmett?

With "Breaking Dawn -- Part 1" premiering this weekend -- we know, that's news to you -- we asked Lutz how he's planning to incorporate "Twilight" fans into his future, what advice he has for the "Hunger Games" kids and whether he has the best rack of the whole cast.

You're about to wrap up a long journey and you've had to deal with stunning amounts of fame during the run of "Twilight." Franchises like "Star Wars" set the stage for literally decades, if you want it, of staying immersed in that arena. Do you have a plan?
Hopefully, I stay as busy as I have been; "Twilight" opened up so many doors for me to really push my limits and try my hand at different independent roles. But I also have "Immortals," so hopefully I can do a couple of movies of that also and keep that franchise going.

Or ... get my own franchise. I'd love to be the lead of one.

Summit

As far as "Twilight" goes, I'm in love with my character. I'm in love with the whole series. I love doing the fan conventions around the world, I love to travel. So wherever it fits in, I'd love to continue doing that for the rest of my life. Just meeting the fans who made everything possible from around the world.

20 years from now, you could be the William Shatner of vampires.
And I wouldn't mind. You know, some people look back and they say, "Why are you selling yourself out?" or "Why do those conventions?" But the thing is, I don't see it as a bad thing. It's not like I would do it for the money or to stay relevant. It really is for the fans, and if they still want to see me and talk to me and ask me questions 20 years later about what I thought of a certain part of this movie or the experience or just to get a hug, you know that's really endearing.

And again, they're the ones who allowed us all to continue it and make the sequels, make "New Moon" and then finish the book series. So, without them none of us would be… you know, able to do the other movies, and it's not like we're going to forget about them.

The fame is flattering and amazing, but it must have its taxing and stressful side. "The Hunger Games" is getting so much buzz — and a lot of those stars haven't been the center of anything this huge. Do you have any advice for them?
I was blessed, because I come from a family where they knock you down before you float away. I have a lot of brothers who just make sure we have our feet on the ground, and my mom is a rock star. She is an amazing mother.

As far as fame goes, just remember who you were. Don't get lost with it because it gets kind of crazy. And I wouldn't Google yourself either, just because of all the hype. For the hundred people that love you, there's that one that hates you and then that's what you remember. It kind of sits on your heart.

Just know that you're a part of something amazing. The "Hunger Games" is going to be successful and all the actors are going to go on this magic carpet ride. And I know a few of them have worked prior to it, so they aren't going from zero to a hundred. Just be mindful and be thankful for being a part of something. And having this golden ticket that's going to happen.

Do you have any practical advice on handling yourself in public? How do you do something as mundane as eating in a restaurant after "Twilight?"
You always have to be cautious. What really makes me smile is knowing how the "Harry Potter" kids did it. Because with "Twilight," we were thrown into this a little older, versus "Hunger Games" and "Harry Potter," they started younger.

Hats off to starting a franchise younger than we all did in "Twilight" and keeping your cool. The "Harry Potter" men and women had, what, a 10-year run? They held their composure and I would love to ask them that question. I wish I could ask them that question before I got thrown into the "Twilight" stuff. Not for advice, just to really see how they did it because they all kept their cool.

There's always going to be eyes on you, and I think you need to really realize what you're a part of and not just think you don't need to be cautious. Because as Spider-Man says, "With great power comes great responsibility."

And it's the truth, we have power now where we can affect people by the things that we say, by the actions we take. Especially with the fans who are going to be seeing these movies numerous times, and you aren't just this actor anymore... [you're a] vision to these fans, a face to put to these characters and…so now [the "Hunger Games" stars] just have a little more involvement in their world to be cautious of and responsible for.

Does that responsibility bleed into your personal life? The way you comport yourself in public?
I'm a respectable guy, I think. My mom instilled good values.

If you're like Tom Cruise or Will Smith, if they're out at dinner, there's a way to be respectful and if someone comes up and asks for a photo, don't be rude and be like, "No, I'm eating." Be respectful and just be like, "Yeah, I would love to do that. I appreciate you asking, do you mind if I finish up my dinner with my family or my friends and then we can take the picture."

I think it's just how you communicate and you treat them. And a lot of times these fans, they feel like you're an entity, so you're not approachable. Or like you're this mysterious person where they get all giddy but we're just people. We're just getting food. We're just going out to a bar or going bowling, and some things are very quick to be like, "Yeah I'm with my family, we're bowling, it's family night, but sure I'll take a picture real quick." And you give them that thing that they want, and both sides are happy. Because [laughs a little] it's really cool to be asked to take a picture or to give an autograph. But it's all how you handle it.

Now that we've gotten so profound... who do you think has the best abs on the "Twilight" set? There are a lot of pretty jacked dudes.
I would have to say Alex Meraz (who plays the werewolf Paul).

He's very talented. A very talented dancer and into mixed martial arts, he's very fit. I do mixed martial arts, but people who dance, people who have that core strength -- he can do some really core full-body things. It's like, "Alright, yeah you're a badass."

Julia Jones told us that she was privy to a lot of guy talk when she was filming with Lautner and the wolfpack. You were surrounded by a lot of women for much of your time filming the series. Were you subjected to the same amount of girl talk?
Not a lot, because a lot of the girls -- you know, Kristen [Stewart], Ashley [Greene] and Nikki [Reed], they're like really cool hip chicks and I feel like all of them were tough, like tomboys, growing up. So it's not like we had anyone that needed to be pampered or divas who were talking about their week during shooting. But we had a lot of joke-telling and it was great to have the girls come into that and tell some raunchy jokes or funny jokes.

We were all pretty cool. No one's burping or farting or talking about girls or guys in any unpleasant manner. We were just like a good family, anything you would talk about with your family, you know.

Cool, hip girls talk about boobs sometimes.
Oh no, we definitely talked about boobs, don't get me wrong there. Whose are bigger, I mean, it's quite ridiculous when they're like, "Kellan, your boobs are bigger than all of ours" and I'm like "What?!"

Are they?
Is that a compliment or a diss? [Laughs] I don't know, I haven't seen their boobs. But no, we just joke around. There's camaraderie.

'Twilight' and 'Harry Potter' Win Big at Teen Choice Awards

Vampires, werewolves and wizards went home happy tonight.

"Twilight" and "Harry Potter" were the big winners at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards, claiming the majority of the movie-related trophies (surfboards, actually). Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson, Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene were on hand to represent their blockbuster franchise while Tom Felton and Rupert Grint were there as ambassadors from Hogwarts.

Ed Helms was present to accept his surfboard for his Choice Movie Hissy Fit in "The Hangover Part II" (no contest there) as was Emma Stone of "Easy A" for Choice Movie Actress - Romantic Comedy and Cameron Diaz of "Bad Teacher" for Choice Movie Actress - Comedy.

Will Venice Beach see a surge in surfing lessons this week now that all these celebrities own boards? That would be quite the follow-up broadcast.

Kellan Lutz Goes Action Hero in 'Arena' Trailer

If you take "The Hunger Games," "The Running Man" and "Gamer" and mix it with what looks like the hammiest performance of Samuel L. Jackson's career, you might get something that looks like "Arena."

Kellan Lutz plays a firefighter who's forced into modern-day gladiatorial combat on an online forum called "Death Games," on which viewers at can watch the fights and vote on which warriors they would like to see live or die. Jackson runs the show in his loud suit, feasting on decadent banquets and breaking into random victory dances.

"Arena" still has no official release date, but we invite it to come out in November, which is now unofficially Kellan Lutz Month with the release of "Immortals" on Nov. 11 (in which he plays the self-described "god of wetness and moisture," Poseidon) and "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" on Nov. 18 (in which he plays Emmett Cullen).

Twi-Bites: K-Stew 'On the Road,' Reed Engaged & More

It's nearing the end of the month, and my Twi-hard faithful know what that means. No, not an update on the lunar cycle. It's time for me to break down June's top news and gossip from the world of "Twilight" into easily palatable Twi-Bites. And they're only 600 calories each!

In case you haven't yet sampled my Twi-Bites (sorry, does that sound nasty?), I'll preface the latest installment with this: Being a Twi-hard can land you on a slippery slope. There is so much juice out there that you can fall in over your head and end up addicted. Next thing you know, you're living in a Dumpster, willing to sell your plasma for a glimpse at Anna Kendrick's Twitter feed. It happens.

If you don't have an iron will, cut yourself off now and only read my column. I have a shockingly high tolerance and can digest the need-to-know stories into Twi-methadone (methTwidone?). It's what they pay me the ~~big~~ decent bucks for.

Pattz Stew Du Jour

In last month's Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart section, I told you about R.Pattz's status as Luckiest Man on Earth. "Water For Elephants" didn't do halfway terribly at the box office, and K.Stew was spending the summer with him in Toronto.

Well, the latter doesn't seem to be happening after all. Stewart has been in New Orleans and Los Angeles shooting the upcoming film adaptation of Jack Kerouac's "On the Road." She attended the premiere for "A Better Life" with Taylor Lautner and has been seen about town with her "On the Road" co-star Garrett Hedlund.

Rumors are swirling like blood in the butter churn. Has K.Stew gone G.Hed? 100 percent of my Twitter followers say "Hell naw." Then again, only three answered. (Thanks @NotTHATBGreen, @spunk_ransom and @tashpalo.)

As for Pattinson, he has apparently been enjoying his time away in Toronto. According to an inside source that I don't know, but read on the Interwebs: "Rob's been partying hard. He's been out almost every night at concerts and dinners. Kristen's upset about his partying and ended up having a tearful showdown with him over the phone, saying he's acting as if he finds life boring with her." That's sound reporting.

But seriously, R.Pattz is a twentysomething millionaire, one of the most adored celebrities on both Earth and Great Britain. It would be a real shame if he wasn't out drinking -- if not for himself, then for the rest of us who sit in our cramped little apartments and write about him.

Unconditionally and Irrevocably in Love

"Twilight" star Nikki Reed and "Former 'American Idol' Contestant" (as he's most commonly known in the press; his birth name is Paul McDonald) began dating last month. Since actresses and musicians are known for their rational choices, it comes as no surprise that the two are engaged. I'm not sure if Vegas makes odds for young celebrity marriages, but I'd place the over/under at two years. And then I'd recommend taking the "under." I wonder if Reed will take his last name, "Contestant."

Kellan Lutz, who plays Reed's adopted brother/soulmate Emmett Cullen, says that he's never seen her happier than in this relationship. On the other hand, Lutz is in the "off" phase of his on-and-off relationship with AnnaLynne McCord. I doubt he'll be single for long, though, since he cannot remember to wear T-shirts over his superhero abs. His pecks get more coverage than all of the Wolf Pack's combined.

Vamp Buzz

Director Tim Burton and his baby-mama, actress Helena Bonham Carter, both have sported the complexions of vampires for years. Finally, they're embracing their pale destinies and producing a vamp flick. It is a remake of the gothic soap opera "Dark Shadows" that ran from 1966 to 1971. Where there is Burton, there's Depp. Johnny has already signed on to play lead vampire Barnabas Collins. Chloë Moretz, Michelle Pfeiffer and Jackie Earle Haley, who already have experience in supernatural roles, have also signed up.

With all that talent, I'm as excited for "Dark Shadows" as I am for "Super Troopers 2," which is to say a great deal. What does that have to do with anything? Well, for your information, I can connect those two movies. In the TV series "Dark Shadows," actor David Selby played Quentin Collins. Selby's son, Jamison Selby, played the bad guy Traci Shannon in Broken Lizard's first movie "Puddle Cruiser." Boom! Now who feels like an idiot?

Twi-Hard of the Month

It may seem odd for an awards show to be awarded an award like "Twi-Hard of the Month," but the 2011 MTV Movie Awards earned it this month.

"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" earned eight nominations and won five of the categories, including Best Movie.

To celebrate the "Best Kiss" win, we even got to see Robert Pattinson kiss Taylor Lautner, a moment that sent sexually confused teens into a blogging mania -- and, admittedly, giving all those haters who insist "Twilight is gay" a slightly stronger point.

What 2011 Has in Store for 'The Twilight Saga' Cast

Happy New Year, fellow Twi-Hards. I hope you've all resolved to watch a little more "Twilight" this year ("Eclipse" was only number four at the 2010 Box Office, we can do better than that!).

Wondering what's in store for "The Twilight Saga" cast this year? Thankfully, we know they're all currently shooting "Breaking Dawn" and "Part 1" will be released on November 18. But since that's like -- I don't know -- 5,000 days away (not exact math), I'm sure I'm not the only one curious to know what other projects our favorite young actors have hitting our local cineplexes this year.

I've taken the liberty of calling them each up individually, or spending an excessive amount of time on IMDB (one or the other), to bring you the scoop on what these "Twilight" stars have in store.

Kristen Stewart

While a popular blockbuster made her career, all of Stewart's other role choices since becoming Bella Swan are in the sexually devious, art-house wheelhouse. She plays a cheating carny in "Adventureland," young Joan Jett in "The Runaways" and a teenage stripper/prostitute in "Welcome to the Rileys." Interesting, right?

In 2011, Stewart will continue to grace low-budget features with her million-dollar pout.

Francis Ford Coppola, after owning the movie rights to Jack Kerouac's "On The Road" for 31 years, is finally producing an adaptation with Sam Riley as the main character Sal Paradise and Garrett Hedlund ("TRON: Legacy") as his party-crazed cohort Dean Moriarty. Stewart is playing Moriarty's first wife Mary Lou, who is a partier, openly flirtatious and sexually devious (natch). When her husband abandons her, she sleeps with one or two or nine sailors to get even. (This one doesn't have a release date yet, but we're hoping it makes its way to theaters as planned in '11.)

In addition, Stewart and her mother are still trying to get funding for "K-11." Called one of the strangest projects in Hollywood, KStew would play a male-to-female transsexual prisoner with autism and Mama KStew would make her directing debut. All I'm saying is, if playing a male-to-female transsexual prisoner with autism doesn't win Stewart an Oscar, I don't know what would.

Robert Pattinson

You can tell from Pattinson's movie choices that he wants fans to love his brain, not just his looks. Watch out Rob, it took Brad Pitt years to be taken seriously. Pattinson has played a seriously gay Salvador Dali in "Little Ashes" and the seriously dramatic Tyler Hawkins in "Remember Me." Now he's slated for two period dramas in 2011. "Water for Elephants" will open on April 22, and casts Pattinson alongside Academy Award winners Reese Witherspoon and Christoph Waltz. Hopefully his acting chops are strong enough to stack up against them, and also the elephant.

The other film is called "Bel Ami," and no it's not affiliated with the gay porno company of the same name (in case you were wondering). It's based on French author Guy de Maupassant's second novel, published in 1885, and stars Pattinson as a young Parisian climbing to power by manipulating the city's wealthiest women. "Bel Ami" doesn't yet have a release date, but you can be sure they'll be some intensely dramatic love scenes with he and co-stars Christina Ricci and Uma Thurman. Or so a guy can dream.

Taylor Lautner

Lionsgate

This year Lautner will flex more of his famous muscles as the star of "Abduction," scheduled for a September 23 release. The thriller, which is described as "Bourne-like," follows Nathan Harper (Lautner) as he tries to find the truth about his life after finding his baby photo on a missing persons website. Of course, the truth doesn't end up being at all easy, and Harper must punch, and kick, and drive his motorcycle really fast away from shadowy government figures. His hardcore fans can only hope he still gets really hot and has to take his shirt off.

Xavier Samuel

Since he died in "Eclipse," Samuel won't be back for "Breaking Dawn." However, you can catch him this year in the thriller, "Bait." Set in Australia, it's about a tsunami that traps a group of shoppers in a mall with tiger sharks. Better than "Snakes on a Plane," it's SHARKS IN A MALL.

Bryce Dallas Howard and Anna Kendrick

These ladies couldn't be further away from each other in the "Twilight" storyline, but they're teaming up in 2011 for "Live With It." Also starring Joseph-Gordon-Levitt, Seth Rogen and Anjelica Huston, the movie is a black comedy about 27-year-old guy who's diagnosed with cancer. It's from director Jonathan Levine, who made the sublimely funny and not-wack-at-all "The Wackness."

Jackson Rathbone

The man who plays Jasper Hale will get into full art-house mode starring in this year's "DaZe: Vol. Too (sic) – NonSeNse." Also featuring Gary Busey and recently-deceased Andrew Koening (Boner from "Growing Pains"), the trailer looks like Andy Warhol rose for the dead to make one last feature. Rathbone will also star in "Zombie Hamlet," which promises to mix Shakespeare, a movie within a movie, and of course, zombies.

Ashley Greene

By looking at 2010's upcoming projects, you may think Greene is the biggest star here. She's in FIVE different movies that should all be released this year, not including "Breaking Dawn." "Skateland," "Butter," "LOL," "A Warrior's Heart" and "The Apparition" don't look like they'll be the biggest blockbusters, but she stars in all of them. "LOL" is probably the most notable, because she appears alongside teen queen Miley Cyrus -- but isn't that like cheating on "Twilight"?

Kellan Lutz

This beefy actor also has four other films in the works this year, including "A Warrior's Heart" with Greene. Going heavy on ACTION, Lutz appears in "The Killing Game" with Samuel L. Jackson and "Immortals" with Mickey Rourke (in which he plays Poseidon!) while also lending his voice to the animated "Guardians of Luna."

Nikki Reed

Since dropping out of "K-11," Reed's main project is potential blockbuster "Catch .44" with Bruce Willis, Malin Akerman and Forest Whitaker. The thriller promises a psychopathic hit man, a grizzly trucker, and a delusional line cook, so I'm already there.

Kellan Lutz and Ashley Green (Er, Greene) Have 'Warrior's Heart'

As the vampire Emmett Cullen in "The Twilight Saga," Kellan Lutz has survived any number of deadly situations. But now he is about to face his most dangerous challenge yet.

After all, on the lacrosse field, nobody sparkles.

Get ready because the worlds of "Twilight" and lacrosse are about to collide thanks to the upcoming feature film "A Warrior's Heart," which reunites Lutz with his "Twilight" co-star Ashley Greene. But Twihards better hold onto their hats, because there's a shocking twist: the two, who play brother and sister in "Twilight," have a decidedly non-sibling romance in "A Warrior's Heart."

Oh. Em. Gee.

And, of course, that also means that both of them are movie-cheating on their "Twilight" spouses as well. We can only imagine what poor Nikki Reed and Jackson Rathbone had to say when they saw the new poster, revealed by Collider and featuring the erstwhile Emmett and Alice gazing longingly into each other's peepers.

Could Reed and Rathbone retaliate by filming their own movie together, where perhaps they play star-crossed lovers brought together by the cutthroat world of Australian Rules Football?

Hopefully it won't come to that, but if this does cause any problems on set, Greene already has an ironclad alibi: since her name is misspelled as "Green" on the second poster, she can always claim it was just some kind of stunt double.

The holiday season means one thing in Hollywood: big, family-friendly blockbusters like "Megamind" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows."

This is great, but sometimes we still like to see some good old fashioned little indie dramas, you know? Luckily, this year, film fans get the best of both worlds thanks to festival favorite "Meskada," which is set to open Dec. 3.

But you don't have to wait that long to check it out: Aliquot Films has released a new trailer for "Meskada."

Here's the scoop: when a young boy is mysteriously killed in an upscale neighborhood, cops begin to suspect the killer came from a neighboring low-rent town. As tensions rise, the prospect of full-on class warfare becomes all too real, which poses special problems for the home grown lead investigator now torn between two worlds.

Best of all, this timely movie does what all the best indies do: it lets familiar faces re-imagine themselves and regain a little street cred. This time around it's "Terminator 3's" Nick Stahl in the meaty lead role, with "G.I. Joe"'s Rachel Nichols and "The Twilight Saga"'s Kellan Lutz also showing some major acting chops you might not have known they had.
