Robert Rodriguez's Machete has some creative ways of killing bad guys. In his film debut, he decapitated three henchmen in one fell swoop, used a gun that was still grasped by someone else's severed hand, and riddled bad guys with bullets from a flying motorcycle.
So, in anticipation of "Machete Kills," we decided that a fitting tribute to the action hero would be GIFs of every single one of his kills in the first "Machete." Check them all out after the jump! Get More »
Imagine you wake up one day and find out there's a whole stinking book devoted to breaking down you and your particular brand of weird.
In "A.C.O.D.," the first trailer for which is now in by way of Yahoo! Movies, that's exactly what happens to Adam Scott's character Carter, who thought things were going well in his life — great job, lovely girlfriend (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) — until he learned that his supposed childhood therapist (Jane Lynch) was actually just conducting a study on kids whose parents were divorcing and included their little chats in her book, dubbing him "Rick." With soccer moms now taking pole dancing aerobics at the Y, it’s safe to say that stripping (not to mention its costumed cousin, burlesque) has seduced mainstream America ... for better or worse.
However, for every relatively whimsical look at the profession ("The Full Monty," "Sin City"), there seems to be at least two darker examinations. In the case of "About Cherry," sometimes working in a strip club can lead to stripping (and doing other stuff) on a porn set. But then there's Jennifer Aniston in "We're the Millers" and ... well, that's just all sorts of hot n' hilarious. Get More »
In an announcement that should surprise no one, mostly because nobody bothered to care in the first place, Dimension Films has quietly pushed back Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller's blood-soaked sequel "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For," back nearly a year. Gone is its original October 3rd slot, and it will instead bow on August 22nd, 2014. For those of you really looking forward to a lot of shitty green screen and film noir-y dialogue more mumbled than spoken, this must come as a crushing blow. Get More »
Robert Rodriguez is clearly one sick and twisted film-making individual, but hey, it works.
Joining Danny Trejo for movie two of the "Grindhouse" spin-off series — which, let that seep in for just a second — are a bevy of randoms from across the entertainment biz spectrum, including Charlie Sheen, Lady Gaga, Mel Gibson, Vanessa Hudgens, Demian Bichir, Sofia Vergara, Antonio Banderas, Alexa Vega, Amber Heard, Michelle Rodriguez, Cuba Gooding Jr. and, reprising her resident hot chick role, Jessica Alba. That's, uh, quite the spread he's got for this bloody display.
And, naturally, there are some pretty awesome little highlights to parse through here. First, we were particularly amused by this bit with
Carlos Estevez Charlie Sheen as one take-no-names POTUS instructing someone off screen, "Let's go kick some a**" while ditching his nerdy specs ...
... and we really got a kick outta whatever was happening with Sofia Vergara's gun bosoms in this frame ...
... also, there was this bit with Lady Gaga, ever the flamboyant femme fatale, hailing down a trucker in stilettos and fur for some reason ...
... but most of all, we were totally owned once they showed us Mel Gibson doing machete stuff because c'mon.
You know what they say: go big or go home! (Or just go to the theaters on Sept. 13 to catch this bad boy on opening day.)
Ahh, the never-ending pursuit of the almighty
dollar yen, euro and ruble. It will forever dominate us all — especially those in Japan, Europe and Russia, respectively.
That's where the following American movie stars traveled to film a commercial or two. Fortunately for us, what happens overseas does not stay overseas. Thanks, YouTube! We haven't quite forgiven you for Bieber, but this is a good first step. Get More »
"The Dark Knight Rises" is one of the most anticipated movies of this summer, not just because it's the epic conclusion to Christopher Nolan's "Dark Knight" franchise, but also because Anne Hathaway will be playing Catwoman. We're looking forward to seeing Hathaway's take on the beloved character, but we might be even more to excited to see her bring all the sexiness and sass we love about Catwoman to that iconic outfit.
Hathaway is one more in a long line of lovely ladies who have donned catsuits in movies, be it attending a costume party or kicking some serious butt. Not everyone can pull off a skin-tight suit, but these actresses make it look easy.
Flip through this gallery of fierce-looking females, and you're going to wish you had nine lives just so you could look at it over and over again. Meow!

Kristen Stewart as Bella in "The Twight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1."

So come on down and get your prize for Best Bikini, Bella! We couldn't afford a trophy, but we hope this lifetime supply of fan adulation will do.
