The original "Ghost Rider" was a plodding, joyless mess. Johnny Blaze is one of Marvel's most outrageous characters, and if a movie about him is going to work, it has to be pretty much just stark raving slobberingly burningly insane.
And "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" looks like it could be that movie.
