Questions and Answers With Dylan Sprayberry

As it turns out, Superman may be able to learn a few things from the kid who plays his teenage counterpart in "Man of Steel." Though Dylan Sprayberry, whose prior credits include an episode of "Glee" and "iCarly," spends plenty of time at the gym working on his super-strength (if his Bieber-esque Instagram gallery is anything to go by), the 14-year-old has the whole all-American justice thing going on. When asked to recount his most heroic act, Sprayberry hesitates, then says that his older brother has cerebral palsy.
"You know, sometimes — he won't always get it, because he's such a nice person so people who know him know he's so cool — but sometimes people that don't are like, 'Oh, wow. Wow.'" Sprayberry said of his brother. "And that really bothers me, so I'll stand up for him. You know, I'm always, like, taking care of him. He's a really cool guy."
Once you've got that dusty apartment situation taken care of, Sprayberry had plenty of lighter topics to talk about. NextMovie chatted on the phone with the boy who would one day be Superman prior to the release of "Man of Steel," finding out what music he listened to to get into character, the action figures hidden under his bed and playing laser tag with Diane Lane. Lindsay Lohan to Play a Mean Girl in 'Superman'?
Apparently Lindsay Lohan doesn't mind being typecast. The scandal-plagued "Mean Girls" star and alleged jewel thief is looking to play a villainess in Zack Snyder's upcoming "Superman" reboot.
RadarOnline reports that the tough-as-kryptonite actress is heading to New York this week and plans to audition opposite a male actor who is being considered for the role of Lex Luthor, the Man of Steel's archenemy.
"Lindsay said she would be ecstatic to be part of the Superman movie," her pal Nathan Folks told RadarOnline. "It's a dream of hers."
Actually, playing leading lady Lois Lane was a dream of hers, according to the site, but that part went to Amy Adams so Lohan settled for the lesser, evil role. She'll reportedly read with Luthor wannabe Adam Harris, and it's believed they'll be teamed up on screen to deliver a Superman smackdown. Get More »
Diane Lane: 'Superman''s MILF of Steel!
Possibly the most talented and off-the-charts nuclear-level hot of Hollywood's stable of MILFs is Diane Lane, who scorched up the screen a decade ago in "Unfaithful" but must now, like most actresses in their mid-40's, resign herself to the inevitability of playing moms.
Always one to do things on her own terms, Lane probably said to herself, "if I'm gonna only get mom roles now, I might as well be the greatest mom EVER."
Hence, she will play Martha "Ma" Kent, the legendary adoptive Earth mother of Superman/Clark Kent (Henry Cavill) in Zack Snyder's "The Man of Steel." Get More »
