With the new season of "Glee" premiering tonight on Fox, we thought it was high time we remind you that the show is well on its way to making a handful of bona fide movie stars, and we've created a whole gallery to prove it.
Now, we know we once asked you who you think might become the biggest movie star of all the awesome "Glee" cast members — Cory Monteith won! — but some of them have already been making a splash on the big screen. And, no, we're not talking about "Glee: The 3-D Concert Movie."
Sure, Jane Lynch is a comedic icon and Jayma Mays makes an adorable sidekick, but how fabulous Darren Criss and animated Lea Michele look in "Imogene" and "Dorothy of Oz," respectively? And how pumped are you to see Chris Colfer in "Struck By Lightning," the movie he wrote himself? Well, too bad. These pics will have to do for now.
Will Cory Monteith sing for a pair of narcotics detectives? We'll have to wait and see.
The "Glee" star is going to get to play the bad guy as he's been booked for the old-school cop thriller, "McCanick," according to Variety.
"McCanick" stars David Morse as Eugene 'Mack' McCanick, a narc who gets caught up in a web of paranoia and violence after a young criminal (Monteith) is released from prison. With more than 10,000 "Glee" fans present and accounted for, the final results of our epic "Glee" poll are here and Monteith, who plays quarterback-turned-singer Finn, was the runaway favorite among the up-and-coming cast members to become the biggest future movie star, earning a whopping 53-percent of the vote.

Not to state the obvious... but nothing makes us happier than a little "Glee." Or, to be more specific, the adorable and talented kidlets of the musical TV series, the nationwide tour it spawned and the '3D Concert Movie' of same coming out this weekend.
