From first-time director Josh Schwartz (former executive producer on "The O.C." and "Gossip Girl") and screenwriter Max Werner ("The Colbert Report"), "Fun Size" features Victoria Justice of Nickelodeon fame as a girl whose Halloween night priority is making it to the popular boy in school's big bash (which she was totally invited to, btw). The E! star known for her awesomely acerbic and very R-rated comedy chops is in talks for the role of Victoria Justice's mother in the teen-targeted comedy "Fun Size" from "Gossip Girl" writer-director Josh Schwartz.
Handler appeared earlier this year in the kid-friendly "Hop," but she's way more famous for her hilariously raunchy books about booze and sex, her stand-up acts and her late-night TV show, "Chelsea Lately." We'd be downright frightened if a more random confluence of talent was announced for a film than "Mall," an adaptation of Eric Bogosian's 2001 novel.
According to Deadline, the film will star Vincent D'Onofrio, Chelsea Handler and Bogosian himself, and be directed by Linkin Park's Joe Hahn, who makes his feature debut.
