Two more Hollywood ladies are ready to take their turns behind the camera, Mr. DeMille.

Both the oh-so-hilarious Melissa McCarthy and little Ellen Page have now signed up for their directorial debuts, and while their projects (and, uh, personalities) are pretty distinct, they do have one thing in common: trippin'!

No, we're not talking about a pair of LSD bender flicks here. Instead, both women's films involve their female protagonists leaving the homestead to discover a little somethin' somethin' about themselves. Get More »

Like many, you got up and left the theater just as the credits began to roll on "The Dictator." Little did you know that a few of the funniest scenes in the movie came after its grand conclusion. But, worry not: here's what you missed.

In the hilariously subversive new comedy, Sacha Baron Cohen continues a run of indelible, Peter Sellers-like character immersion (following "Borat" and "Brüno") with his latest mad creation: Admiral General Shabazz Aladeen, leader of the fictional North African oil-producing Republic of Wadiya. Anna Faris may be the reigning queen of the romantic comedy, but that doesn't mean she can get downright cynical about love. Variety reports that the "What's Your Number?" actress is teaming up with "Bridesmaids" star Rose Byrne for the Working Title rom-com "I Give it a Year."

Our Nominees for Worst Dressed at the 2012 Oscars

Hollywood might be the land of dreams, but the Oscars are the night of fashion — and in an industry in which everyone's a critic, it comes as no surprise that we've got a few opinions on some of the more (ahem) questionable choices of the night.

We know it may be hard to imagine that some of the most stunning people on the planet, clad in some of the world's most coveted labels, could manage to look anything less than perfect, but a handful of stars who walked this carpet have proven that it's possible. Trust us.

So how does one land on our worst dressed list for the Academy Awards? While there's no surefire way, there are a few cardinal sins to avoid, including (but not limited to) long sleeves, dressing inappropriately for one's age, and, last but not least, playing it way too safe. Check out the gallery to get up close and personal with these fashion misses — and take notes in case you ever find yourself at Tinseltown's biggest night. (Hey, it could happen!)

15 Blondes Gone Brunette on the Big Screen

Everyone knows blondes have more fun. Right? Has anyone ever really researched this, or did someone (a blonde, we're betting) just make that up and say it enough times that eventually people accepted it as truth?

Well, wonder no more, because we've done some (very scientific) research -- and things are looking up for ladies with tresses from chestnut to chocolate and everything in between. So as Katherine Heigl prepares to hit the big screen as a brunette in "One for the Money," we at NextMovie have compiled our own list of Hollywood golden girls who have dabbled on the dark(er) side.

Paul Rudd in Our Idiot Brother
Weinstein Co.

They say the U.S. doesn't make things anymore -- that we've lost our way and are no longer No. 1.

Well, "they" are wrong. No country on Earth is capable of producing the quantity, quality and quantity of idiots that our fair land churns out with alarming regularity.

Affable favorite Paul Rudd continues the proud tradition of representing our country's most common commodity in "Our Idiot Brother," nwe on DVD and Blu-ray this week. But can he be stupid enough to join the ranks of elite morons, or does he still have a few more brain cells to kill? Let's review his imbecilic competition. Get More »
