'Pitch Perfect' Reunion: It's Aca-ON, Y'all!

Now, make sure that when you start squealing with excitement on pitch, everyone: The "Pitch Perfect" cast will have an on-stage reunion at the MTV Movie Awards, star Anna Camp told The Huffington Post.
"We're trying to get a little thing going," Camp said, doing press for the short film "Sequin Raze" at the SXSW Festival in Austin. "We're trying to perform."
Rebel Wilson, who will emcee the festivities on April 14, previously brought up the idea of a reunion on her Twitter.

At first glance, "Pitch Perfect" and "Bring It On" have very little in common.
One's about a group of girls who are misfits among the misfits — apparently, there is a social hierarchy among glee clubs, and they're at the very bottom — and the other is full of pretty, popular girls with shiny hair and teeth flipping around in cute cheerleader outfits. Both are the kind of movies that, on paper, sound really silly and kind of embarrassing but prove to be incredibly satisfying and fun to watch by yourself or a gang of friends.
Cheerleading and glee club have more in common than you'd think, or, for that matter, than what most high schoolers would like to think. Both are highly competitive activities most people think are a waste of time, but they actually take a lot of practice and talent.
