Justin Timberlake hosted "Saturday Night Live" for the fifth time last night and to celebrate, several other members of the 5-Timers Club showed up in person to welcome him to the fold — including all three members of the 1986 cult classic comedy "Three Amigos."
But let's just say that Martin Short seemed much more excited about it than Steve Martin and Chevy Chase. Get More »
Let the games begin! No, we're not talking about the Olympics — we're talking about the race to become Jack Ryan's love interest in the franchise relaunch that will star heartthrob Chris Pine as the famous CIA analyst (previously played by the likes of Alec Baldwin, Harrison Ford and Ben Affleck).
Buzz around Tinseltown is that beauties Keira Knightley, "Like Crazy" star Felicity Jones and "Lost"'s Evangeline Lilly are all circling the script for this high-profile role — which involves options that would potentially put the actress in three separate movies. Get More »
Alec Baldwin has been in the headlines a lot recently for negative reasons, but this weekend he finally made headlines for a happy reason, as according to The New York Times, the veteran actor and star of "30 Rock" married girlfriend Hilaria Thomas yesterday.
The wedding, which is the first for Thomas and the second for Baldwin, took place at the Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in New York. Get More »
Music isn't the only thing that rocks in "Rock of Ages." After all, '80s fashion is totally making a comeback.
Now, before you roll your eyes and get really nervous, take a beat. Regardless of the silliness, there's no denying Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Mary J. Blige and the rest of the gang look incredible. And you don't have to go big like they did when the Bourbon Room was in its heyday.
Check out this week's Get the Goods and see what we mean. The accessories are awesomely now and we know you'll look totally sweet rockin' these looks.
Adam Shankman's new film based on the Broadway musical "Rock of Ages" just might make you think you could get on the stage, belt out some tunes and melt some faces, but a word of caution: These are professionals.
This story of glam-metal glory follows two L.A. dreamers, Bourbon Club waitress Sherrie Christian (Julianne Hough) and busboy Drew Boley (Diego Boneta), as they sing and strut their way to the top ... '80s style. The crooning all-star cast includes Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Paul Giamatti and Tom Cruise, unleashing his inner Axl Rose as the mercurial rock beast Stacee Jaxx. Woody Allen's next film hasn't even hit the screens yet, but the hard-workin' New Yorker is already casting his next. The latest actor to join Allen's ensemble is Michael Emerson, whom you might remember as Linus from the epic TV show "Lost" or even the more recent "Person of Interest."
Allen's next film is still untitled, but some details have emerged. He'll be returning Stateside for filming after sojourns to Italy in "To Rome with Love," France in "Midnight in Paris" and Spain in "Vicky Cristina Barcelona." It was previously reported that Copenhagen was on his radar for his post-"Rome" project, but luckily he'll be returning to his old stomping grounds in to NYC and San Fran for this one. Get More »
Looks like Alec Baldwin has finally found a reason to shut down his Words With Friends app: a trip down the aisle with his 28-year-old lady friend and New York-based yogi, Hilaria Thomas.
Baldwin, who turns 54 tomorrow, reportedly began dating Thomas about a year ago and popped the question over the weekend in Long Island. His rep, Matthew Hiltzik of Hiltzik Strategies, announced the news on Twitter saying, "Alec proposed to Hilaria this weekend & we're all excited 4 the newly engaged couple. AB's birthday's tom'w. Great way 2 celebrate!"
Both Baldwin and Thomas retweeted, so you know that's legit. Get More »
Forget "The Avengers," because Dreamworks Animation has the year's REAL event team-up movie. All of the most famous pagan aspects of the holidays are combined into one rollicking adventure in "Rise of the Guardians."
As seen in the new debut trailer at Apple Trailers, this amazing looking fable presupposes that childhood icons like Santa, Easter Bunny, Sandman and the Tooth Fairy not only exist but occasionally form an elite squadron to destroy evil, in this case Pitch, the Nightmare King (a.k.a. The Boogeyman) voiced by Jude Law. Alec Baldwin leads this A-Team — or should that be H-Team? — as a European accented St. Nick, Hugh Jackman goes from wolverine to bunny, Isla Fisher as a toothsome Fairy and Chris Pine as a jolly Jack Frost nipping at your nose. Is there anything sexier than a spy? We shouldn't dig a person who lies for a living as much as we do, but we just can't help it. It's the specialized skills, the crisp wardrobes, the high IQs and the ability to blend in, adapt and fight at a moment's notice. Oh, and there's the whole master/mistress of seduction thing. No one seems to be able to show a girl (or guy!) a good time like a secret agent!
Naturally, we're jealous of Reese Witherspoon's spy-on-spy action in "This Means War." Not only is she juggling Chris Pine and Tom Hardy (when we'd be happy with just one of them), but they're both badass CIA operatives, which guarantees every date is more exciting than if either were accountants.
To console ourselves, we've put together a gallery of 15 of the CIA's sexiest spooks. We don't care if they would have to kill us afterward – we'd happily go undercover with any one of them.
Ryan Murphy is a pretty busy dude. Besides writing and directing movies such as "Eat Pray Love," he also spends his time co-creating and writing TV shows like "American Horror Story" -- not to mention a little something called "Glee." So you think that would pretty much fill up his day. But no matter how busy you are, there are some things in life you just have to make the time for.
Things like Julia Roberts. Get More »
