There's no stopping Vin Diesel, as Hollywood's top badass scored yet another number one box office hit thanks to "Riddick," which earned an estimated $18.7 million over the weekend according to Film.com.
That was more than enough to take the top spot, due in large part to the fact that there were no other new releases. As a result, returning films "Lee Daniels' The Butler" ($8.9 million), "Instructions Not Included" ($8.1 million) and "We're the Millers" ($7.9 million) all stayed strong as well.
Next weekend could be a different story, as the horror sequel "Insidious: Chapter 2" is set to open. For now, though, you can check out this weekend's full box office top ten at Film.com.
