Ben Stiller, Jonah Hill, Vince Vaughn and other celebs kept the red carpet safe from alien invasion at the premiere of "The Watch," the movie that happens when Hollywood wants its own "Attack the Block." Luckily, no extraterrestrials caused a ruckus (though that doesn't mean they weren't in attendance, you know).
