RZA has some fightin' moves!
The hip-hop maestro makes his debut as feature director and leading man in "The Man with the Iron Fists," a martial arts epic that has guaranteed our opening night attendance with its tagline alone:
"They put the F.U. in Kung Fu." Heh heh ... yeah.
RZA joined forces with longtime collaborators Quentin Tarantino and Eli Roth for this tale of sex, violence and a guy who looks like he can turn into gold or something. Russell Crowe looks like he's wondering how he ended up in this movie while Lucy Liu offers a period variation on her bad lady from Tarantino's own martial arts offering, "Kill Bill."
We're so there. Check out the trailer below (which just might be rambunctious enough to be considered NSFW) and hope that "The Man with the Iron Fists" locks down a U.S. release date sooner rather than later — hopefully it won't suffer the same fate as "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" (which stars RZA as the Blind Master) and end up bumped to next year.
