The metropolis of Los Angeles was given the honor of being host city to the U.S. premiere of "The Hunger Games," which made for an appropriately impressive crowd-pleasing spectacle.
The tagline for the film claims "The World Will Be Watching," and it most certainly was as citizens came out in droves to witness Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson and many more walk the red carpet at the Nokia Theatre.
