Is it getting hot in "Hunger Games" fandom, or is it just us?

A new, animated poster for the highly anticipated film, showing heroine Katniss Everdeen's mockingjay pin engulfed in flames, has been released online and you can see it in action at Yahoo! Movies. And it's awesome.
The film, scheduled for release by Lionsgate on March 23, 2010, tells the story of a future in which the oppressive government of Panem, a country where North America once was, forces two of its residents to fight to the death in a yearly competition to reinforce the reach of the government's control.
"The Hunger Games" features a star-studded cast, including Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence as protagonist Katniss, Josh Hutcherson as her Hunger Games competitor and possible love interest Peeta, and Liam Hemsworth as Katniss' ally Gale Hawthorne.
Lenny Kravitz, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, Wes Bentley and Woody Harrelson have also signed on to appear in the film.
