Those of you who were going to dress up as Batman, Catwoman or Bane when you went to the movies this weekend are going to have to scrap those plans, as unfortunately only true identities are now allowed at screenings of "The Dark Knight Rises."
Upon the aftermath of the Colorado shootings, at which suspect James Holmes was reportedly dressed in a gasmask and SWAT gear, AMC Theaters has officially banned patrons from wearing costumes of any kind. "We will not allow any guests into our theaters in costumes that make other guests feel uncomfortable and we will not permit face-covering masks or fake weapons inside our buildings."
