Not to be indelicate, but we have a feeling "Game of Thrones" star Richard Madden does pretty okay for himself when it comes to the ladies. You know, young, talented, famous and extremely good-looking are traits that typically work out in one's favor when romance is involved. Hey, when you got it, you got it.
All of which makes Madden the perfect lead for the upcoming indie drama "Long Nights Short Mornings," where, according to Variety, he will play a guy who goes on a sex spree and sleeps with seven women in seven days.
Looks like he'll still be one short of Making the Eight, though. Better luck next time, Richard!
"Making the Eight," of course, is what folks in the "Game of Thrones" universe call a similar feat that involves exchanging pleasantries with folks from all eight regions of the fictional realm of Westeros.
But while we can't be sure whether or not "Long Nights Short Mornings" director Chad Harboldd actually got the idea for his film from watching the hit HBO series, it's clear that plenty of other people are also taking notice of Madden's efforts as would-be King of the North Robb Stark; besides "Long Nights Short Mornings," Madden is also in discussions for roles in several other films including the Warner Bros. fantasy "Arthur and Lancelot."
Whatever the future holds for Madden, though, we have to give him props for taking advantage of his newfound opportunities, on screen, that is. And we also have to give him props for his apparent stamina. Seven partners in seven nights?
Heck, even God had to rest after six days!
