Looks like the position of Hollywood's cutest pregnant lady is officially back open because this morning — Thursday, Sept. 27 — 36-year-old Reese Witherspoon finally welcomed her new little one into the world.
Baby boy Tennessee James Toth is Witherspoon's first child with hubby Jim Toth whom she wed last spring.
Her rep issued a statement on the happy news saying, "Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today ... Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled."
Tennessee is Witherspoon's third child and Toth's first. She also has two children — Ava, 13, and Deacon, 8 — with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
While she was born in New Orleans, La., Witherspoon grew up in Nashville, Tenn. No doubt the home connection had some inspiration for the name selection.
Reese Witherspoon won an Oscar in 2006 for her work in "Walk the Line," and Jim Toth is a talent agent for Creative Artists Agency. The two were married on March 26, 2011, at her Ojai, Calif., ranch.
Witherspoon previously hinted while pregnant with baby number three that she may be taking some time off from working to have the baby but did not indicate how long of a break she planned to take.
Congrats to the growing family!
