We can't wait to hear Rachel Weisz's evil cackle.
Director Sam Raimi has found himself a bad witch, as the "Lovely Bones" beauty is in final talks to play Evanora, the main villain in "Oz, the Great and Powerful."
Evanora is an evil witch who intends to rule the land -- and lure her sister, Theodora (Mila Kunis), to the dark side of witchery, according to Heat Vision.
Weisz and Kunis as sisters? Perfect. Weisz and Kunis as witches at odds with each other? Even better.
No word on whether Weisz is the compromise between Sam Raimi wanting Hilary Swank and Disney wanting Michelle Williams for a witch role in 'Oz.' There were at least four witches in "The Wizard of Oz" (North, South, East and West), so there could still be a spell or two in store for either Swank or Williams (or someone else).
Weisz joins James Franco as the Wizard himself, a carnival showman whose hot air balloon gets swept up in a tornado and... well, you know where he ends up after that.
"Oz, the Great and Powerful" will be released sometime in 2013.
