Obviously, it was Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze who kicked off the trend back in 1987 in "Dirty Dancing." And they weren't the only ones.
We've spotted planking in a number of recent movies from "The Smurfs" to "Green Lantern." Oh, and Edward Cullen? Yeah, he's been known to plank in a certain meadow here and there.
Look, we get that some of these characters may not have known what they were doing, but an accidental plank is still a plank, right?
