We don't think "Snow White and the Huntsman" has anything to worry about.
We figured "Immortals" director Tarsem Singh would be taking something of a lighter approach to his Snow White movie as compared to the other Snow White movie currently in the works (the one featuring Kristen Stewart in body armor), but we weren't quite prepared for the door-slamming shenanigans featured in the "Mirror, Mirror" trailer.
Truly, the film looks like one big joke on itself (and its audience) as Snow White (Lily Collins, admittedly looking lovely) flees from and eventually stands up to the wrath of the Evil Queen (Julia Roberts, chewing up pretty much every single frame of the trailer). Meanwhile, Armie Hammer struggles to keep his dignity whilst begging Roberts to rub his tummy (you'll see), Nathan Lane gets turned into an insect and one of the Seven Dwarves quotes the "Scarface" quote that everyone quotes when quoting "Scarface."
Well, we now know for sure that the two Snow White movies coming out next year couldn't be more different from each other. "Mirror, Mirror" comes out on March 16 ... and we have a feeling everyone will have forgotten about it by the time "Snow White and the Huntsman" opens on June 1.
