Considering all the critical acclaim, fan love and billions of dollars Pixar has made over the past two decades, you would think that at this point, there's pretty much nothing the studio hasn't done.
But there is, in fact, one bit of uncharted territory left for the world's leading animation force: they've never made a movie with a female lead.
Until now, that is.
Those shouts of joy you hear coming from the theater next door? They're not for "Cars 2" -- they're for the brand new teaser trailer for Pixar's next epic effort, "Brave." And we have the clip right here.
The quick scoop: set in the highlands of ancient Scotland, "Brave" tells the story of Merida, a feisty princess who defies custom in order to try and claim her own destiny. When things go wrong, though, it's up to her to save the land from the terrible curse she has unleashed.
