Are These Famous Movie Presidents Democrats or Republicans?

White House Down Columbia Pictures

It's only been a few months since President Barack Obama was inaugurated for his second term and already some folks are starting to handicap the 2016 presidential race. Until now, that is, because we're about to declare a winner when we reveal which of your favorite movie presidents are Democrats and which are Republicans.

That's right — with the inauguration of President James Sawyer (Jamie Foxx) in this past weekend's "White House Down," we've taken a look at some of the most popular presidents in film history in order to determine exactly which side of the aisle they fall on. Was Harrison Ford's President James Marshall in "Air Force One" a Democrat or a Republican? What about Kevin Kline's fill-in President Dave Kovic in "Dave"? Or "Idiocracy"'s President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho?

So check it out and cast your vote — at your local cineplex.
