Now, it's the high school girls who got older ... and David Wooderson stayed the same.
It's been almost 20 years since "Dazed and Confused" was first released to theaters and Matthew McConaughey barely looks a day older. It's hard to contemplate the life and times of a forty-something Wooderson -- where he's been, what he's done and what he's doing now -- when he still looks like he's in his twenties.
McConaughey reprises his role as one of the most quotable characters from "Dazed and Confused" in the music video for "Synthesizers," an upbeat and catchy tune from Butch Walker and the Black Widows. In the video, Wooderson traverses through a dance club, lip syncing to the song and playing various intruments, accompanied by a few girls who look like they might be at least a few years out of high school.
The video apparently comes with the blessing of "Dazed and Confused" director Richard Linklater -- we heartily approve as well, dude. Check out the video below, courtesy of YouTube.
