"Jack Ass" star Johnny Knoxville has abandoned pranks for… the great outdoors? It's true, but it's not what you think.
Knoxville has teamed up with funny man extraordinaire Patton Oswalt (of "United States of Tara" fame) to co-star in an untitled comedy helmed by writer/ director Todd Rohal.
Knoxville and Oswalt will play battling brothers who attempt to honor their ailing father by taking a troop of boys on a camping trip—but (shocker!) it all goes terribly awry.
And we're reasonably confident hilarity ensues.
The squabbling sibs join a cast that also includes Rob Riggle, Maura Tierney, and Patrice O’Neal. Originally coined "Scout Master," the film begins production this week, Deadline reports.
While not many details are known as of yet, with Knoxville and Oswalt on board, this is shaping up to be one potentially traumatizing memorable camping adventure, even if there is no beehive limo involved.
