UPDATED: The official track list for the "Hunger Games" soundtrack has just been released — and you can forget Cato, Clove and Marvel because Arcade Fire, Kid Cudi, Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift are here to regulate.
Now this is going to be a true battle of the bands.
Of course, some of the performers on the new "Hunger Games" soundtrack had previously been revealed. In fact, the new video for Taylor Swift's "Hunger Games" single, "Safe & Sound" — which also features The Civil Wars — made its debut on MTV earlier this week. So it's safe to say fan excitement is already reaching a fever pitch.
But now that's been kicked into a whole new gear as Universal has just released the full, official soundtrack listing for "The Hunger Games." Not only does this mean we now have a look at the fantastic list of contributors — a top notch line-up of talent that also Maroon 5, Glen Hansard, Miranda Lambert, The Secret Sisters, Neko Case and others — but if you pre-order now on iTunes, you can receive an early bird track from "The Decemberists."
