Who's one of Hollywood's quickest rising stars? The name might surprise you: Ezra Miller, the guy from the dark drama, "We Need to Talk About Kevin."
Miller might not be part of the flashy young party set (yet, anyway), but he's snapping up jobs left and right, the latest being a lead role in an upcoming reboot of the classic Gustave Flaubert novel, "Madame Bovary."
Miller joins an A-list cast that includes Paul Giamatti and Mia Wasikowska, Variety reports. Directed by Sophie Barthes (of "Cold Souls" fame), the period drama will retell the story of the titular character (played by Wasikowska) on her rather salacious quest for love … or romance, at the very least.
Miller will take on the role of one of Ms. Bovary's love interests. Sounds like a match made in heaven to us.
Only time will tell how the Giamatti-Wasikowska-Miller love triangle will play out, but with shooting of the period drama slated to begin as soon as this fall in Europe, we shan't have to wait too long to find out.
In the meantime, you can catch Miller opposite Emma Watson in the romantic drama, "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," which hits theaters this September. See, we told you Miller was on the up and up.
