There seems to be plenty of life after Hogwarts!

As Daniel Radcliffe is preparing for his first post-"Harry Potter" film to hit theaters this weekend, his "Potter" co-star Emma Watson has scored herself the lead role in "Your Voice in My Head," according to Deadline.

"Your Voice in My Head" is based on the memoirs of Emma Roberts, a candid account of her self-destructive behavior and how she was saved by a terminally ill psychiatrist.

Watson will be reuniting with David Yates on the project, who directed her in the last four "Harry Potter" movies. The film is set up at Warner Bros., their old "Potter" stomping grounds, and apparently the studio is tossing around A-list names like Tom Hanks and George Clooney as Watson's possible co-star.

We've been wondering when Emma was going to be cast in a big-league project like this one -- we can rest easy now knowing that Hermione's diploma wasn't for naught. And this sounds like a distinctly non-Hermione-ish role, one that should serve as quite the showcase for Watson to show what she's got.

Warner Bros. is putting "Your Voice in My Head" on the fast track, with Yates expected to work on it before moving on to "A Reliable Wife" at Sony. Meanwhile, Emma Watson has "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" opening sometime this year.
