Another person is going to know the secrets of Neill Blomkamp's next movie before we do.
We know that "Elysium," Blomkamp's ultra-secret follow-up to his stunning debut, "District 9," has to do with some struggle between humans and aliens. And one of those humans will be played by Diego Luna, according to Variety.
Luna will be playing the role of Julio, the best friend of Matt Damon's character. The cast also includes "District 9" alum Sharlto Copley, William Fichtner and Jodie Foster.
And that's about all we know. Curses!
Diego Luna is probably best known for his role as Tenoch, one of the teenagers given an unexpected sexual awakening by a terminally ill older woman, in Alfonso Cuaron's hot and heavy "Y Tu Mama Tambien." Luna has also appeared in "Open Range," "Frida" and "Milk."
"Elysium" begins shooting this summer but won't hit theaters until March 1, 2013. That's a long time to be in the dark...
