All of the week's hot casting news in one fell swoop ...

• At this point, who isn't going to be in "August: Osage County"? Deadline reports that Ewan McGregor has joined the family as Bill, a college professor and estranged husband of Barbara (Julia Roberts) and son-in-law of pill-popping matriarch Violet (Meryl Streep).

• Every movie becomes better if Sam Rockwell is in it, which means "Why Now" is destined for greatness. Screen Daily reports that the "Seven Psychopaths" star has joined the cast of the indie comedy alongside Marisa Tomei and Brian Geraghty.

• Mrs. Robinson, eat your heart out! Broadway World reports that Decepticon co-ed Isabel Lucas is set to turn up the heat in "Careful What You Wish For," a "Basic Instinct"-esque thriller about a high school student's affair with an older woman that ends up having devastating consequences (as these things often do).

• Sheesh, everybody's getting naked for Lars Von Trier! Variety reports that Christian Slater will be playing the father of Charlotte Gainsbourg's character in the Swedish auteur's two-part sex romp, "The Nymphomaniac."

• For Isabelle Fuhrman, there is life (literally) after "The Hunger Games." Deadline reports that the fallen Clove will be starring in the coming-of-age story "The Wilderness of James," taking a role that had been previously circled by Chloe Moretz.

• Maybe things won't end so badly for them this time around? Pat Healy and Sara Paxton, the stars of one of our favorite horror movies of the past year, "The Innkeepers," are reuniting for the indie thriller, "Cheap Thrills," according to Heat Vision.

• It looks like Caleb Landry Jones is officially graduating from Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters. Variety reports that the "X-Men: First Class" star is in negotiations to headline "Queen and Country," the follow-up to John Boorman's 1987 autobiographical film, "Hope and Glory."

• Even though he's just as likely to not make a movie as he is to actually making one, Terry Gilliam can still gather an impressive cast. The Playlist reports that both Melanie Thierry and Tilda Swinton are joining Christoph Waltz for the bizarreness that is "The Zero Theorem."

• We have a feeling she'll help him realize the value of a good relationship before the closing credits roll. The Hollywood Reporter brings word that Jillian Rose Reed, who plays Tamara on MTV's "Awkward," has landed the lead female role in the romantic comedy, "Confessions of a Womanizer."
