Actress Michelle Rodriguez, who starred as the no-nonsense combat pilot in the original "Avatar," says that the sequel will dive underwater and be extraordinarily beautiful.
According to Yahoo! News, however, Rodriguez has no clue yet whether she will be asked to play a role in the sequel.
Regardless of whether she's asked to return for "Avatar 2," Rodriguez says she just hopes creator James Cameron will at the very least invite her to the set so she can see it being made.
Going below the ocean's surface is becoming somewhat of a habit for Cameron, who helped produce the 3-D underwater thriller "Sanctum," which hit theaters in February.
As for Rodriguez, the beauty has been busy promoting her latest film, "Battle: Los Angeles," in which she returns to the ranks — this time as an Air Force sergeant up against aliens who are attacking California.
We'll have to wait and see if Cameron asks Rodriguez back for round two, but if you ask us, we certainly think she would look great splashing around under the sea.
