GALLERY: Stars Heart NYC at the Tribeca Film Festival

The Tribeca Film Festival was founded in 2002 by Jane Rosenthal, Robert De Niro and Craig Hatkoff in response to 9/11 and the consequent loss of vitality in the TriBeCa (Triangle Below Canal Street) neighborhood of Lower Manhattan. Now in its 11th year, the Festival attracts an estimated three million people and generates a revenue of about $600 million.

The 2012 Tribeca Film Festival took place from April 18-29 and attracted some of the hottest movie-going celebrities, including Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Olivia Wilde, Justin Bieber, Freida Pinto, Chris Rock, Julie Delpy, Alan Cumming, Jennifer Morrison, Kellan Lutz, Liv Tyler, Naomi Watts, Emma Watson, Malin Akerman, Claire Danes, James Franco, Michelle Williams, Kate Mara, Emily Blunt, Jason Segel, Elizabeth Banks, Judd Apatow and many more. Hooray for New York City!
